My employer paid for the soundbar in January 2018 and only recently received it. Unhappy with the product quality, can only email and told he could not get a refund. Phone number here on Google is no good! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Extremely disappointed with Comhear as they have taken thousands of backers money from Kickstarter with multiple promises to deliver the product and failed to do so. They cant even give their backers any updates and fail to communicate any progress. Shame Comhear, lots of noise but no sound!!

Can we get like, negative stars, thats how bad this company is, they are crooks, never purchase from them! Search Yarra 3DX and look at all comments on their facebook and twitter accounts.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is worse than the one that tried to make Ossic X. They have the same poor communications skills and shady practices, but they’re a large company and did it after the Ossic X project. They deliberately strung along thousands of supporters and even went so far as to say they would not go the way of Ossic. Well, I guess they didn’t since they did it worse. They are now starting the process to sell their product to new, unsuspecting customers without fulfilling their first orders in an effort to make more money and they probably won’t even fulfill those new orders either. Btw, they stated they only needed $50,000 for funding their crowdfund campaign and raised almost $2 million dollars between Kickstarter and indiegogo and still failed! Stay far away from this company. They’ll just steal your money and run.

These people are little more than thieves and con artists. They are six months late in delivering the sound bar, we backers paid good money for on Kickstarter. They have not published an update on Kickstarter for over a month. They do not respond to inquiries from us backers. I personally have tried to make contact via their Kickstarter comments page, by emailing their CEO Gerry Chastelet and by posting three messages on the company website.No response has been forthcoming from the company. Clearly Comhear, Inc., is the very definition of take the money and run

Second crowdfunding project I have been involved with (the first one delivered with a slight delay). This company are allegedly in production of the Yarra 3dx soundbar at this moment but are not providing their backers on Kickstarter or Indiegogo hardly any updates to calm frayed nerves about the project. Has the company gambled away our money on wish fulfillment or are they going to deliver a genuinely good product!!! Just communicate with us all and dont engage in communication mushroom management !!! We all have money on the line with this company and if they are to grow they need people to trust them. So far its more like the Titanic sinking with the amount of staff and executives jumping ship which doesnt engender that trust.So cut us a little slack Comhear and you wont get such bad feedback.

As a kickstarter backer on the soundbar, Im sad to say that it looks like this company is a fraud. They are almost a month past their last projected delayed delivery date without a word of update or response to attempts to communicate. They could very well have stolen a great deal of money ffom well-meaning backers on this so-called product. I urge anyone considering doing business with this company to at least check out the kickstarter page for Yarra 3DX. If theyre not downright criminal, they are certainly complete inept at product delivery and customer communications.

Got over 1M$ via crowdfunding on Kickstarter for their newest Yarra 3DX and just ghosted. No news,no explanation, no apologies, no product.
