The installers are some of the most competent & professional people that have ever worked on our property in any capacity since we moved in. Daniel Craig and Absolute AV Design did a fantastic job for us. We recently moved into a new condo downtown. Before we closed escrow, Daniel met us in the model of our unit and we mapped out everything we wanted to do. We closed escrow in the afternoon of July 2. At 8:30 a.m. on July 3, (around the same time that we obtained the keys to our new unit), Daniel and his crew met us at the unit and got to work. At the end of the day, they had hung three TVs, done all of the necessary cabling, set up the internet - basically a turn-key operation. I highly recommend Daniel and Absolute AV Design.

I have done AV work at my San Diego property with absolute av design, i worked with Daniel directly, these guys are great and their pricing is reasonable, THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO.

How many times you get trapped into using the developer appointed contractors and ended up overpaying despite the incentives? And lousy service plus long waits? Well Daniel and his crew are the anti-thesis of those. Talking to Daniel is easy and there is no pressure, no hard sell. He is obviously very knowledgeable about Pacific Gate specifically and high rise condos in general. He makes reasonable suggestions, and leting you know the rationale behind the choices. His quotation system is live and available from the internet. Doing business is easy with Daniel. We had to opt for a two stage install due to timing of the built-ins (Daniel even loaned me a temprary TV stand so we can enjoy the new TV while waiting for the custom cabinets to arrive.The first install was well coordinated and very timely relative to our move-in date. The crew were very professional and they took great care in making sure the surrounding was well protected before they even begin to move equipements into your home. I did my homework on the equipment prices and I must say their prices are in line with the big box retailers best prices - so I just went with them to save the time and trouble. I eagerly await the final install in a few weeks.All in all Absolute AV Design is an excellent supplier/contractor for your AV needs. They are like a breath of fresh air.
