Ordered a large piece of art from GreenBox Art, unfortunately it came damaged by UPS - but they immediately sent me a new painting. It is lovely and I would highly recommend their business. The 2nd piece was rushed to me and it is perfect.

Love the artist Eli Halpin, and the quality of the placemats is excellent. But don’t use any heavy cleaners on it - a damp rag is best.

Beautiful well made products. One item, a print on canvas, had 2 tiny scratches on the wood frame. Customer service refused, citing this is our policy to accept a return or offer a discount, unless I defaced the artwork. I called and spoke to customer service as I could not believe this was what I was being asked to do in the email we exchanged. I literally was told to either take a black marker or scissors and deface the print!I was also told that they cannot resell that piece with the scratches on the frame. I guess reframing or touching up 2 small scratches is too much effort.I am appalled that they wanted me to deface the artwork just so they could send me, at no cost to me, a new one. I do not believe the scratches would he difficult to touch up. Customer service rep goes on to inform me that the contract with the artists they have, the existing scratches on the frame were not enough for an exchange or discount. How wasteful!! Esp since I requested a percentage off the cost of this item only, be applied as store credit. Guess California is not all that concerned about recycling.-Signed shocked in TX
