This company is great! I called thinking I had a possum or other large animal issue on my slope that was degrading the hillside. They quoted me a fair price to remove the animal and Miguel came right out. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, he discovered the issue is gophers and they dont do gophers so I had to find another company. They didnt charge me anything for the visit. I wish I could have worked with them! For sure call them if you have an issue.

The transaction with this gentleman could not have gone better. Very knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, professional and willing to take time to share information and describe how he operates. Very effective in the task at hand! And he actually does not charge enough for what he does, especially compared to the competition. An enthusiastic two thumbs up for a fine fellow.

They don’t answer the phone, set traps, have to call several times to get them to come check the traps in the attic. They finally came, claim they did not catch any, set traps again and it is been over a week, we a can still heard them in the atick and they did not come check. Finally today, they call me back and claim I did not call them, to let them know we still heard them and I check the phone and they have been exactly 8 calls make to them.

I cant say enough about this company! They took care of our MAJOR rat problem and worked with me on pricing and timing. They even honored their one year warranty on month 13 when we thought we might have a new infestation. We didnt and Im so appreciative of their efforts on our behalf. Im so glad we discovered this company!

What can I say about this company that hasn’t already been said? They are deserving of every 5 star rating they receive.From the moment I called and spoke with Patti, I knew I was in good hands. I got an appointment right away that fit my schedule. Tim arrived right at the appointment time. What service does that?Tim was extremely knowledgeable and educated me on the type of rodents that could be my issue in the attic.He was thorough in his inspection and relayed me his findings. There was an outside air conditioning (new installation) conduit that was not sealed off at the bottom consequently those nasty rodents were climbing up and into our attic. He found a decomposed one and a recent death of another causing the odor we were experiencing. He removed them, bleached the areas, set traps and closed off the point of entry.Tim will be back next week to retrieve the traps. Of course I am hoping there aren’t any more but if there were and got trapped I will have peace of mind.The quality and value of his work was priceless to us. We called AAAC wildlife removal after we spotted dropping of rodents in our home.Patti the owner was extremely professional and helpful explaining in details what the procedure was going to be to stop the presence of rodents in our home. One of her inspector Tim, came to assess the situation. He spent quite of bit of time inspecting the entire house including attic, and determine the points of entry for the rodents to come in our house then closed it. Only one visit was necessary! All rodents gone!I would definitely recommend AAAC to anybody with a problem of unwanted pests.Thank you Patti and staff!

Couldnt be happier. Vince came out on time for the inspection and quickly identified the issues we had with a potential rat problem at the house. The inspection went well and we were easily able to schedule a follow up at a very reasonable price given the large amount of work we needed. He and his team showed up on the very early end of their window on the day of the pest proofing and were in and out in less time than theyd originally thought, keeping me posted as they went over the phone so that I could go into work. Great stuff.

They never called back. I had to get the raccoon out of my house by myself! Luckily my cat is a badass and she took care of the situation. She beat that thing into a corner and it eventually ran out of my house terrified!

Vince and his crew were great. We knew we had gophers from all of the mounds in our front yard, back yard and hill side. We knew we had to get rid of them. Vince not only took care of the gophers, but he educated us on what they were (pocket gophers), what they do and what to look for if they return. It turns out that our neighbors have gophers too and Vince made return trips to help us out when we thought they were resettling in our yard. I would call A All Animal Control in a heartbeat if the gophers or any other creatures we dont want should show up in or around our home.
