These people are more than employers and employees- they have become like family! I truly look forward to visiting and know that when I do I will be met with the utmost customer service and professionalism. I can’t imagine giving anyone else my business or how anyone could ever have a bad experience here. If you do, it’s you, not them.

Been coming here for two years now because It is so close to my work. Since the pandemic I have been ordering and returning more online merchandise. Neve had an issue with my returns but never liked the attitude of the employees here either. I just come in, drop off my stuff and leave. That is until today when I tried to check on an Amazon return which I dropped off a week ago that has gone missing. Anyone who has done Amazon return knows you drop off the merchandise and they scan your barcode Amazon gives you, no packaging necessary. Well the barcode is a ups tracking which shows label created waiting for shipment when I went online to ups tracking website. So where is my stuff? When I asked the guy in the front whose name I believe is Brad after hearing a few customers address his name. He told me to dispute it with Amazon who will rectify it since I’ve already done my part. But why would the ups tracking say waiting for shipment as if I never dropped off the merchandise??? Instead of explaining to me how it works, he just brushed me off quickly and said “it doesn’t matter, you see how many returns we deal with on a daily basis here? You need to call Amazon...”. He refused to even look at the tracking page I was trying to show him on my phone and was in a hurry to get me out the store. Well, you sure did get me out of your store, I’m sure you don’t need one customer for your business to survive since you seem have enough business but it starts with 1 customer then more people will realize they can go somewhere for better customer services. It matters with small businesses. Keep up the bad attitude and good luck with your business.

Rudest employee ever. I had a question about how to pay for the label to be printed. The amount of sighing and eye rolling from the man behind the counter was inexcusable. I explained to him that I was trying to understand what he needed from me but he continued to sigh and slump his shoulders like he was exasperated. He made it clear he wasnt going to help me so I took my box and left. I usually use a different UPS office and it is typically the easiest process and have never been talked to or treated like that. I dont understand why this store has these extra procedures and why they cant take a second and talk you through it. I would avoid this store at all costs.To clarify for the response. I was happy and I understood the return policy. It was a prepaid return label - so that was not the issue. Either way I was more than happy to pay to have it returned but I was handed a business card and told to send IT to a website. When I asked is IT the payment? Do I pay through the website? This is when the sighing and eye-rolling started. I was trying to pay and asked multiple times for clarification. I just wanted to get my package sent - so it stands that the failure to communicate and the very bad behavior was on your end. I was asking in earnest and the sighing and slumping of shoulders while refusing to explain is without excuse. Although attempting to blame me says a lot about the customer service in this store.
Why would anyone give a less than 5 start review to this place is beyond me. I have been dealing with them practically since they opened and you couldnt find another UPS store like these guys. Whatever your shipping - mailing needs might be they practically take you by the hands and guide you to best and most economical ways of doing it. Nick, the owner of the franchise, goes out of his way to satisfy your every need. Keep up the good work you guys, you are doing a great job!
I hate to write a bad review but it he manager working was extremely rude to all of the customers in the store . I placed an order in advance to have something printed ; when I showed up it was not even started and the manager did not even know how to print it out . He told me to come back next week when he figures it out
Less than zero. Unprofessional person advised me after driving all the way here to do amazon return that the system was down. I laughed because it was a joke to me that a printing company has no printing capability. He was rude and offered no alternatives. It seemed like he just didnt want to do the job so that was an easy way out.
Will never ship anything again. Was told twice when I called how my package would be shipped. Asked specifically. Just slapped shipping labels on it in back. Never leave without seeing finished product boxed to your satisfaction.
We have been renting a mail box from them and I have nothing but praises for the staff at this UPS store. Everyone of them is so affable and helpful, that they definitely go the extra mile for their customers. A couple times that I was too busy to go to check my box, I called them, and they were so nice to check if I had mail, or not. Having owned businesses before, I can safely say, these guys are priceless! You owe it to yourself to pay them a visit for any of your mailing, or notary needs.
Zero stars. Rude, inpatient and unhelpful for a simple transaction to return my Amazon order. I felt I was inconveniencing the guy at the counter. I was the only customer there. I left then called to speak with the manager, was told he was unavailable and hung up on me.
Horrible service.. I have gotten things quicker and more reliable buying from China and having it shipped here! How can you take over two weeks to ship headphones that are located 18 minuets away from Me?
5 STARS! Today I went to the UPS Store at 1001 Avenida Pico in San Clemente. This was about my tenth visit for notary and/or mailing services. The service was fabulous: efficient, helpful and pleasant even though I arrived at the very last moment before they were due to close for the day. This has been my experience every time I have been to this UPS Store...great service and friendly cooperative staff. Congrats to Brad and the whole staff. Thanks for making my life easier!
Perfect, gets busy sometimes but they acknowledge when I walk in and say its be a minute or is there anything we can help you with real quick...ect

Shipped 2 boxes of return shoes, only one of them made it back to the seller. The other box never got scanned or whatever they did with the label. Thief.======UpdateI called the store, i will never drop a review without trying resolve the problem. The person told me that I should call UPS Cs instead. How can you track a package without scanning them into the system before? Got me?I called UPS CS and refer me back to your store and also to the company that I was trying to return my item to. Back and forth. Waste of time.And I always trusted UPS store anywhere in the world I use UPS services and that’s why I didn’t asked for a receipt because at that day your store was busy and I can only see 2 guys was working and I wasn’t gonna bother them.
Ridiculous prices. Was charged almost double what the post office charges for a book of stamps. Same goes with shipping anything. Dont get ripped off like I did here, take your stuff to the post office or somewhere else.
Nick and his crew are great. It is a family vibe with wonderful service.
