Bought a new car on March 2nd and called his office to change the policy on March 5th. Unable to give me a satisfactory policy (Even though I have been a loyal customer with them since the mid 90s) that was competitive with quotes I received from other insurance brands I asked to have my policy with them canceled immediately and have the left over funds prorated and sent back to me. Fast forward to April 9th, I have not received a cancelation notice or a check for the remainder of funds but I did receive a renewal in the mail from Farmers. Curious, I called farmers 1-800 line and found that my policy was never canceled. I feel like Jason was trying to take advantage of me and my normally good nature. You tried to screw over the wrong person. Now I will never recommend to anyone to use him or Farmers insurance again and plan on sharing this negative experience all over social media. Actions have consequences. You are a greedy sloth.
