Maryanne was my hygienist today. She was marvelously and crisply efficient in completing my cleaning. It was first experience in the chair with her and I was thoroughly impressed. Dr Chiang was likewise crisply efficient in her followup. I could not have asked for a better dental experience.

When I arrived to meet with Dr. Chiang, I immediately felt at ease. My concerns were addressed and I left feeling that we had a resolution to my dental issue.

Dr. Chiang was excellent, friendly and good natured. Her staff was likewise excellent and gentle with the cleaning. I would 100% recommend this practice to family / friends. Keep up the great work!

Ive been going to Dr. Curia for over 10 years. He is a wonderful dentist and keeps up on all the latest technologies. Pam is the hygienist I typically make my appointments with. She is wonderful ... and funny! In Dec 2020 I had Marianne. She, too, was very good ... but a little hard on my tooth nerves. I would definitely go to her again, but with a caveat asking her to be a little more gentle.

Superheroes in disguise! My Moms bridge (of course it was the front teeth) fell out at 1:30 am. As her dentist had retired, I left a message at Dr. Curias office to see if they could help. I had a call back before 8 am and they could see her at 9:45. Dr. Chiang made a temporary bridge and an appointment with Dr. Curia on Monday to start the permanent repair and address her other issues. Same day appointment and follow-up in 72 hours is a wonderful feat!

My previous dentist was John Edwards, DDS who did my dental work for the past 35+ years. He retired and he referred me to Drs. Curia and Chiang. I quite desperately needed a new dentist. Great initial evaluation by Dr. Chiang, and teeth cleaning. I think this will my next long term dentist. I am extremely pleased with every aspect of her care and this office.

My daughter loves this dentist and was raving about him so even though I live in Mountain View and hes in San Carlos its worth the 30 minute trip to his office. Thank God I did, it turns out I dont need the $1,600 deep cleaning that the other dentist was pushing. Dr.Curia is the best!

Rosemary was so helpful on the phone, I was a new patient with an emergency calling on the afternoon of 12-30-19 when everyone would be closed for the new year. Rosemary fit me in and Doctor Curia and his staff were wonderful.Doctor Curia took his time and explained everything to me. I asked if I could see the x-rays and he said no problem they would just e mail them to me.Every part of my experience was professional and courteous.My emergency unfortunately turned out to be serious and it will be a long process. Doctor Curia made sure antibiotics were called into my pharmacy and everything will be set in place for my next procedure I am glad I chose him as my new dentist.B.W.

Dr Chiang is wonderful. Ive got cavity prone teeth seem to constantly need a crown or a crown replacement (or a new filling). Doctor Chiang works quickly and is as gentle as can be. Ive been to my fair share of local dentists and this practice is the most personable and professional. Highly recommend

Always a relaxing environment when I go into have my teeth cleaned

I have been going to Dr. Curia since the mid 1990s based on a referral from a friend who was already a longtime client. Dr. Curia is graduate of UCSF, so he is smart and competent. He is mild mannered, patient, kind, and courteous. For example, the office doesnt insist you to follow a dictated schedule of dental cleanings every 6 months and X rays every year if your mouth doesnt need it. They will adjust to your dental needs and consider your financial circumstances and dental plan limitations.I recently had a tooth extraction with Dr. Chiang because Dr. Curia doesnt pull teeth anymore. I have high blood pressure and white coat hypertension, so she patiently waited 45 minutes for it to lower before beginning the tooth extraction. She was gentle, explaining what she was doing as she went along. Tooth was out within 20 minutes. I had no pain during or after the procedure. I didnt need to take any pain medication.Hygienists have years of experience. The hygienist I currently like is Tam, who does a combination of ultrasonic and hand scaling. My sister and my friend both request Pam, who has worked there for decades and does more hand scaling. Funny that their names happen to rhyme.My sis and I havent liked cleanings with Kay. I didnt think she cleaned thoroughly, and my sis got some attitude from her. I remember telling me she wouldnt be offended if you rescheduled with someone else. Once I had trouble with a new dental assistant trainee who had to try several times to get clear X rays, so maybe just dont agree to a newbie learning on you if you worry about X ray radiation or tend to gag when you get bitewings.

Dr. Curia is the best there is. He is very detail oriented and is very good at helping you to understand about treatments and procedures.

During lunch, one of my crowns came loose. I called Dr. Curias office, and Dr. Chiang was able to see me within the hour. Crown reset in no time flat. So happy to finish my lunch now! 😉

Dr Curia is the only dentist I would ever recommend. He is an artist, for one thing, and not only has he never, ever hurt me, but his greatest concern is that he does NOT hurt you - he is amazing. The pain-free is only one of the reasons I suggest him for all ages. Doctor also wont let you leave his chair if your bite is not PERFECT - I MEAN PERFECT.I truly love this dentist. I am old and difficult with aging but he still treats me like a much cared for patient. He never rushes.When I leave his office, I sometimes hear my own voice say, Thanks for the good time!
