Dr. Hsu and his staff are just wonderful. My husband and I have been going to him for a few years now. He is an excellent dentist who is super friendly, professional and skilled. He is also great with kids. Our daughter had her first visit with him this year and he was just great with her. Also an added perk is his new dental office has a nice waiting room. Also while on the dental chair you can watch a movie or TV as he works on your teeth. Overall just a wonderful relaxing experience.

I was/am in need of some major restorative work and wasnt sure where to go. After a very thorough first appointment with x-rays and pics of my teeth, Dr. Hsu reviewed with me what needed to be done to get my teeth healthy. My first round of work included a crown and four fillings. Dr. Hsu and his staff went out of their way to insure that the work was done properly and to my satisfaction. I couldnt be happier with the attention to detail and the incredible service provided by the entire staff. I highly recommend Dr. Hsu and everyone at the office!

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Frank Hsu since she was two. Four years later, she is still very excited about every checkup, even though she has cavity-prone teeth. She has had two extractions and multiple fillings with Dr. Hsu, but she still looks forward to her biannual visits.From the time we walk in until the end of the visit, its a very smooth experience. Everyone makes us feel welcome and the office and treatment rooms are bright and nicely decorated.Dr. Hsu makes every effort to make sure my daughter is comfortable and relaxed. He reminds her that hes there to count her teeth and gives her time to get used to the feel of the explorer in her mouth before starting anything. He has a light touch and is very sensitive to patient reactions while he works. It also helps that my daughter gets to wear cool sunglasses and watch movies during the procedure.During our last visit, she said she was afraid of the 360-degree X-ray machine so they gave her time to look at it and explained how it worked. There seems to be endless patience for her. I appreciate the extra time it takes to convince a child to go through with something unfamiliar. With other medical providers, I tend to feel that there is a rush to get to the next patient, but never here.Going to the dentist is often something that people dread, but not for my daughter and me, thanks to Dr. Hsu and his wonderful staff. I highly recommend going to him for dental care.

I just cant sing enough praises for Dr. Frank Hsu. Our family have been loyal clients for 6+ years now. Dr. Hsu has helped us with cavities, invisaligns, crowns, veneers, root canals, (you name it, weve done it) and we get compliments on his work all the time! We really appreciate that while he is professional and is an amazingly skilled practitioner, he is always so warm and personable...towards everyone including his staff. It is no wonder why my little kids love going to the dentist. We highly recommend Dr. Hsu and his wonderful team!

His support staff are professional and friendly, and will take good care of you as well. The clinic is brand new, clean, inviting, and beautiful. They even have beverages in the waiting area!

I started seeing Dr. Hsu at his previous office in San Carlos. I am glad to select him as my dentist for taking caring of my troubling and sensitive teeth. I used to view going to a dentist as a torture, but not anymore since seeing Dr. Hsu. He has the attitude and patience to explain everything in details to sooth my fear, and has the gentle touch to minimize discomfort during procedures. Besides his professionalism, I like the new office. It is more spacious, well decorated, and filled with all electronic gadgets. My impression is that this is what modern dental service should be like.

The office just moved to a new location on Laurel in San Carlos. I have had Frank as my dentist for over 10 years now. Our family has been using Dr. Hsus dental practice since he first came to San Carlos. The new office is state of the art and very beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Hsu is an artist when it comes to new crowns and implants. He is constantly concerned about patients comfort and pain levels. And TV for those longer appointments......

Frank Hsu is a genuine great person and is definitely have a light touch when it comes to dental work. Hes professional, kind makes you feel like your at home. Hes a little in the pricy side but we all know that dentist are expensive in general. He definitely will work with you in you need to set up a payment plan and is very willing.My husband and I went to him for about 4 year for dental service but stop going to him because I no longer had dental coverage thru my work. My husband has had a bridge, crown done with Frank Hsu. The bridge are not a good Idea. HIs tooth got infected a few years back and had to remove that tooth. This crown cracked and needed to get temporary crown. Unfortunately his work doesnt last more than 5+ years. As for me he did two crowns on me and during my coverage I went back because one of my crowns was bugging me. He decide that Its best I get a root canal. I trusted him and did a root canal. about 2 years ago that same tooth was giving me a lot of discomfort that my new destist said that there is a infection on that tooth so I made the choice of having them remove it so I can get an implant.
