TC was beyond gracious in helping me address the algae growing in my pool. We talked over the phone about the pool and despite me not knowing very much about how my pool system worked, he walked me through the potential steps of removing algae and the time it would take to make the pool swimmable again. He directed me to where Id be able to get the pool water tested so wed be able to diagnose what was causing algae growth. After texting him photographs of the test results along with the pool & pool system, he was able to give me some recommendations on how to proceed. Even though his company was fully booked and didnt normally serve my area, he offered to send someone out the next morning to fix the problems. While I did find someone local, he even offered to drive out himself after his work day.I would highly recommend him and his company their services. I have no doubt in my mind that youll be happy working with TC.
