Good price for the monthly package. Everyone is very respectful here are the employees are very nice. I definitely enjoy bringing my car here and will continue coming especially because they take care of my Tesla and they have a touch free system.

Didn’t meet my expectations of hand wash. I checked and asked to wipe down several areas but there’s more places that is not clean after I drove away. Trunk was claimed vacuumed, leave spots on my door frame, edge of the interior window is not cleaned and more.

Pretty good experience. Staying in the area for a couple weeks, bought the $49 unlimited carwash pass. Best time to come is 9am-11am weekdays. If you buy the pass you must cancel it or they will auto charge you every month. Interesting to watch everyone work and the people who bring their cars in to be washed. They offer other services like oil changes, gasoline and have a large gift shop to keep you occupied while waiting. Very physical job, out in the elements, if you like their work, leave a tip!

Its just awful !!!! inside, they didnt even wipe the dust !!!! it just wasn’t washed, it’s dirty, I just don’t recommend washing it here, you just throw away your money !!!

I have the $69.99 unlimited pass but when I got home, I found food crumbs under the seats and garbage between the drivers seat and console but everything else is clean but not that sparkling clean. Ford the price you pay, even if you just pay a one time car wash, it wasnt that good. They are fast though and it would probably take me more than double the time if I do it myself. The little shop inside has a lot of nice stuff for random buys and gifts.

I am very upset I paid 200 dollars because they told me that they were going to clean my car inside and out and that it would be without stains almost like new and it turns out that the service they offer you at the beginning of the deal is not the same when they deliver the car.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years since they are a true hand car wash and don’t scratch up your car with automated brushes or rollers. Victor is a great guy and always makes sure I get great service.I decided to give them my 32 year old VW with badly oxidized paint for their premium detail service.Jorge and his team spent all day on it and did an outstanding job and brought the paint back to life with a shine that it hasn’t had for years. They did everything by hand and I told him he should have charged more.It was such a drastic difference, my wife thought the van got a paint job!I highly recommend this place⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We took our car today. It was a good car wash. I did not take our car to a brush car wash. This place has a gas pump so next time we buy gas together. Also, the shop is a cute little place and people working here are definitely nice. One thing to be noted is to hard to find. But this is a worhwhile place to come back all the time.

Took my car in for a wash and upgraded for a full interior cleaning. The worst service and job I’ve ever experienced by a car washing / auto detailing business. Looking inside, I can tell they didn’t spend much time vacuuming or even drying my floor mats, which were soaking wet when they put them back in the car. When I expressed my disappointment the staff responsible were pretending that they didn’t comprehend and understand me. Seriously acted like they didn’t understand or speak English. I kept repeating “manager please. Manager please,” and again, nobody understood even though when they understood and spoke perfect English when they sold me on upgrading the service. If the manager is reading this. Please contact me. I want my money back. I will provide photos of the receipt and the interior of the car for you.

When I entered at the vacuum area, it was so crowded that I had to wait like 5 mins to see someone.Then I entered the waiting area. And i was confused. The area was one of the most randomly pretty home decor store.You can get 5 dollars maximum cashback if you need cash for tip.They have free coffee for you as well.Car wash service itself was decent. It came with 2 days satisfaction guaranteed warranty.

Attention to Tesla ownersI brought my brand new Tesla Model 3 to Auto Pride San Carlos location and came back with deep 3-inch scratch on my trunk. They wont assume responsibility. I got in a room with the manager reviewing footage of my car. We couldnt find a footage when they damaged by car but there is a footage right before they waxed my car and clearly showed there was no scratch. The manager (and one other person) admitted there is no damage there on that footage but theyre not willing to take responsibility unless there is a clear proof of them scratching my car, which is pretty much impossible because the car is far away from the CCTV camera and you all know the quality of CCTV cameras.I guess it also my fault for not checking the car thoroughly after they wash/wax it. I only noticed the scratch after I walked around the car when I got home.Will definitely never come back here again. Had to cancel both our monthly passes.tldr; avoid this place if you have a tesla. my brand new tesla got a deep scratch here and they arent not admitting to causing it despite having a footage of my car without any scratch when entering the shop. this place is too rough for teslas questionable paint qualityedit: 3 months later, they’re still charging me subscription fee. now I have to go dispute it with my credit card company. I wish I could give them negative stars

More than just a carwash.

Did not do a good job. Had to go back and ha e them wipe down multiple areas and the vacuum job was done poorly too. Truck before me had to be washed again because owner complained too. Used to be good for a wash not sure whats going on.

Super friendly staff. I love going to a place where they take the time and recognize you. I have the month special and is worth it. Much respect for hard working people who can help when asked. My car got in an accident I took it there after it got out of the shop and they spotted more scratch I wasnt aware of. They know their usuals and grateful for their service.

Auto Pride does a great basic car wash but Im not sure if you get what you pay for with the more expensive washes. Sometimes they ask what air freshener youd like, sometimes they dont. The silver package specially says it comes with it so I would expect to be asked every time.That being said, if you do get a hand wax or a detail, they do a great job.

Its My fault, I didnt realize the time and that my car wash would take so long. I had an important doctors appointment to make it to. The staff was super kind, pulled my car out of the line-up, and even offered to allow me to come back later. Super impressed!

This place is great. Came in middle of the day on a weekday. Everyone is very professional and efficient. I had a time constraint when I came in and they checked first to make sure they could get it done in time, and they delivered. Im not sure which package I purchased but I got a wash, hand wax, interior vacuum, mat shampoo and surface clean, plus lemon scent. The service was excellent with two exceptions. They completely forgot the console storage bin in between the seats, and there was no lemon scent that I could detect. The console was pretty cruddy, and though Im pretty certain theyd take care of it if I went back, it is such a small space I just did it myself. As for the scent, my car is otherwise so clean, and it was done so quickly that Im willing to overlook it and give this place another try.Bonus: this place has the cutest gift shop attached. Part of my wait time just melted away. I would probably stop in just to buy a nice card or a gift. Selections for kids too. Nice surprise.I think Auto Pride car wash is worth the money.

Good service but beware of coupon with gas because they wont honor it with other coupons, which is not noted in the advertisement. Youll save more by downloading their coupon online and getting gas elsewhere. I felt ripped off because I wouldve saved $10 at Costco gas had I known.

I washed my car there twice and both times I had to come back and make them rewash it. The first time the exterior havent been cleaned properly and two of the door handles were all sticky of wax. The second time the car seats were wet! One of the worst car wash services I experienced. If you value your time simply stay away.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Not only did they not wipe down my interiors but they tried to upsell me on a shampoo and wash. I pulled out some armor all and showed them that it just needed some armor all. Why am I better at washing my car than professionals? They didnt even attempt to wipe anything down before I complained twice. A manager finally made it right after I showed him how I personally whipped down a spot with my own armor all. Seriously? The absolute worst. I paid for the silver package which apparently just means that they clean the outside. No, not really. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good car wash, hand wax is a bit pricey but worth it

Very good car wash, store has quality products including real imported Italian ice creams. Only complaint is sometimes the manual drying process is not completely finished. Last time I went they didnt dry out the back part of my cars trunk.

Only reason I actually gave stars is because they did a good job with the interior detailing. But the exterior wash is completely trash. My clear coat has scratches and swirl marks every where now. When I told the guy that my car didnt have any scratches when I brought it an showed him the new scratches he told me they were SPIDER WEBS loooooool. I recently restored my clear coat so I know none of those scratches were there. Would definitely tell anybody to steer clear if you care about the condition of your cars paint. (Especially if its black)

You can see them detailing cars in direct sunlight on 80+ degree days... If that doesnt bother you, try cleaning your car with sandpaper. Its eco-friendly because it saves water ;-)Seriously though, theyre slow and youll still drive away with soap bubbles in your mirrors/door jams and find dirty spots after you get home. Not worth the price.

My husband went takes my car here and they are super friendly, courteous, thorough, and they go the extra mile. Oil change and inspection includes a car wash. We love this place.

Having a car and getting it cleaned suddenly becomes a concern, the rotating brushes at the local gas station dont seem good enough anymore.After some research I came across this company and thought that they could be the solution for an overly cautious car owner. The whole job is done by hand.So how did it turn out? it takes about 20 to 30 minutes which you can spend having a coffee, surfing the web and watch other people work.And the car came out showroom cleanI have to give the sales man big plus, he actually recommends you car needs and does a great costumer service!When my car was ready I notice that my rims were dirty and did not had any armorol on the tires how ever one of the staff members apologized and deeply clean my tires which made my day.Ill be back once the car deserves a good cleaning again.

This place allows for a monthly membership which will save you a lot of money, specially if you are a ride share driver =)I give it 4 stars because they over use their towels causing dirty streaks on glass. Couple of times I had to get them to wipe again because the mist of the spray bottles that they use on the car in front, will get onto yours. On a positive note, they are very fast and seem constant on their work. They have a mini shop with cold drinks and gifts. seating area is provided and it has restrooms!!(updated:)After using this location for a few months now, I have lowered the rating as I have noticed that sometimes they will barely vacuum correctly. I had to install my dash cam to catch them just blowing things and light vacuuming were the eye can see. Also had an issue with an employee who is rude (Juan Jimenez) management is aware and nothing has been done.

I brought my car for a car wash and detail inside i left the car all day the sales person he told me for $150.00, hes going to put wax but they didnt put wax, i come to pick up and seats and carpet was super wet, when i told the person about the wax they ask the sales person and he said no i never told him about wax and i told the manager i will never coming back to this car wash again. NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH.

On the more expensive side. Fairly good cleaning job, although some chemical they clean interior with always leaves a nauseating smell in our cars.

My previous review for some reason is not showing up, so here I go again.Was better prior to 2007 or so. My last visit was in 2012, and I will not be returning unless some things change. Interior was always good, exterior sucked. That, and hand washes are the most dangerous form of washing used in modern car washes. Dirt is rolled around on the surface by hard-to-clean wash mitts and/or sponges. Better to have foam brushes which simply fling the dirt of the car while providing a mild polishing effect.As a car wash enthusiast, I made a list of 5 things that could help you (some options are expensive though).Increasing volume:1) Convert to a hybrid formant, with a touchless option. Upgrade high pressure to a Peco PE905 (or something similar, I happen to like Peco stuff) with van height manifolds. Use it as the main piece if a customer wants touchless, or a support piece with friction. Have at least 1 top brush and 2 sets of wraps if possible. Maybe do a Peco TWC2122ss for this. I would advise having a set of van height side washers staggered within the exit wrap space to increase cleaning. Beneath the top brush would ideally be a pair of sillwashers to assist in wheel cleaning. Use a high pressure arch prior to presoak application to eliminate prepping. This combination of equipment would allow for higher chain speeds while still accommodating customers who fear foam brushes. Plus, no employees would be needed to physically was cars.2) Add an exterior-only lane, packages, and unlimited wash passes. This allows customers to get cheaper, faster washes if they have limited time or require a fast result. Best with a hybrid tunnel to allow higher chain speeds. Add unlimited wash passes (package specific) to encourage weekly washers to come and save money.3) Use chemistry and the drought to your advantage. Market the facility as eco-friendly and recycle water to encourage customers to come for the sake of the environment. Add services like RAIN-X or Sheenology to the top package (both work best with EE or flex-serve hybrid tunnels) to encourage customers to buy higher packages. Add tire shine machines to save time in the detail area along with cost of tire shine usage.4) Dont block viewing windows. Kids LOVE to be able to follow cars as they go through the tunnel, and they like to see the wash process. This is especially true in friction/hybrid tunnels.5) Keep on improving customer service. No matter how good it is, in a customers mind it can generally always be better.These additions could make your facility truly the best in San Carlos. That, and having a hybrid tunnel would bring me and those who value quality back again.

Usually go for an oil change and Car wash. My last time there I was left with a streak I wasn’t able to remove from my windshield and spiderwebs in my passenger mirror. Not only that I had about $10 worth of coins in a drawstring bag used for parking that I left in my center console. As I drove away I looked in my center console and the bag was missing.

They give you a wipe to clean your dash and free vacuums.
