My 1st appointment was canceled due to technician having mechanical problem. My 2nd appointment was late due to a backup in services. Having to make a 3rd appointment was now an inconvenience for my schedule. At this point, I no longer wanted their services because of their lack of committment.

At 5pm I called to confirm someone was still coming and was told the guy was finishing up a job near by and I was next. No one ever came. I called back 3 times after 6pm and no one ever answered or called me back.I called back a few days later and was explained the guy ended up working the other job until very late and he apologized. He said he would book me for the service to be done same day, and planned to discount my service for the no show problem... sounds great right? Was given a 2 hour window and the end if that time came so I called to be told that they werent going to be there. That itd be another 30-45 min than when I said so hed be here before 7? She said I am sorry I couldnt say for sure. AN HOUR PAST the 2 hour window . No communication skills or proper business skills! This was the lousiest job ever. After moving to the area, we didnt know who to go with, so we chose this company because of good ratings and them stating they had good prices. We had 3 bedrooms, hallway, and stairway to get cleaned, which only took them 30 minutes to do. They charged me $300 for a supposedly deep clean done with a little machine. They only do re-dos, but not refunds. I then called Stanley Steamer, which only cost $233 and it was professional real deep cleaning and a job well done. The Stanley Steamer tech even said that the carpet just looked like it got vacuumed. Do not waste your time and money!

I called Precision for a quote for a couch (3sitter), and a otoman. They quoted me $40 .00 but when the representive got to my home, the REAL PRICE was $200.00 . They charged $40.00 for no soap. The $160.00 was for the soap.
