I would like to say that after i made this complaint, that Bliss carwash has contacted me and they settled the matter and reimburse me for the cost of my mirror that I had to replace.My passanger side mirror was broken by the rotating brush as I went through the car washmy mirror passanger side was hanging and the bliss Employeeput duct tape to hold my mirror together for safety measures in order for me to drive from carwash to home. I filed a claim and the bliss car wash responded to me that they will not fix my mirror. I am disappointed at how poor they have been and they are at fault!!! I will not be using bliss carwash due to the neglect on how they conduct their business.

Went there for the first time. I was overall very pleased. At the end of the wash, not only is there an air dryer but also big rollers for each side and overhead front to back that dried your car like towels. And then theres someone to dry off even more once you exit the wash. The one thing I was disappointed with was the vaccum system. It seemed like several of them were broken completely or didnt have the crevice attachment. I would recommend it and I will go back but just make to secure a good vacuum 😉👍🏻

Its my go-too place. What else can I say. Does a better job getting the back deck of my truck than any other auto-wash Ive been to.

I like it so far. Efficient way to get a wash and vacuum all at once. Sometimes there are too many workers there, and they just end up chillin there on their phone. The vacuums are okay. They clog up easily.

Took my car to Bliss Car Wash for both vacuuming and car wash. For vacuum service, I was impressed with the setup as how people park and vacuum their cars. I paid $3 for 10 minutes use of a powerful vacuum cleaner that cleaned my car effortlessly. The car wash is modern and automated. My car was washed very well for $7. There’s extra $3 charge for tire dressing. Additional incentive: bonus 7 minutes of vacuum time for every car wash. Will certainly be returning to Bliss Car Wash again.

I have the monthly subscription and it is so easy to get my car washed. Just drive up and wait to be scanned and in you go. I am getting good results coming here and recommend this place to get your car washed.

Beware of damage any time you go through the car wash, Ive had my back wiper rupped off and my license plate cover broken and then finally my license plate bent. I spoke with Barry operations manger to reimburse me for my last month subscription and he would not. Such bad buisness. The vacuums suck. Meaning do not work well at all. I do not recommend.

Equipment doesnt always work properly. Vacuums have very low suction. And more often than not, there is no one at the end of the wash to fix your mirrors and remove the plastic cover off the back windshield wiper.

This car wash is ok. I feel like theres always something broken. Staff is ok. Management needs to do a better job fixing broken items as it does affect your overall wash.

I dont know. The place is new, clean and staff is nice. It just seems a bit cramped and I always have to spend extra time detailing to get the same level I do at other places.

I heard Ive Bliss from a co worker, I tried to open a account online over the weekend, but some how it got locked up. Saturday the employee could see my account pending, and gave me my wash and vacuum for free. Today Bliss called me to set up my account over the phone. Really simple to set up my monthly plan of unlimited washes. I love the transformer plus package. I then went to the San Bernardino location and got my window shield decal for my future washes. And a wash again. At both visits the employees were very happy to assist me. Im sold and glad to be part of the Bliss Car Wash Family. I hope the the Brea location will be the same since my employer is relocating my employment their later in the year. Keep up the Great Service and smiling faces.

Just had a car wash and was surprisingly disappointed. First of all, spaces where you can vacuum your car are extremely narrow, if you have a car next to you it’s impossible to squeeze in between. Second of all, you only get 7 minutes to vacuum which is not enough. I usually go to car wash in Loma Linda where you get unlimited vacuum and a car wipe for only 7$. Will never use this place again.

I got the 19.99 supposed to be top car wash and vacuum. I expected my car to come out cleaner I mean theres a guy who towel drys when you exit. But he looked tired. Then when I tried to enter my code at the vacuum it said my code had already been used and I tried it a couple more times. I was so mad and confused but I couldnt find anyone to help me so I left and had to go find another place to vacuum my car. So basically I wasnt impressed.

First time here and never coming back damaged my mirror on my car and the vacuums do not work they are clogged I should of made the drive to quick quack

Car wash was quick but if I pay extra to get extra stuff, it would be nice if the 2 guys (big ear plugs )can at least put more effort only sprayed one side and hes to busy on his phone, other than that guy drying the cars thank you .

This location needs more people on weekends half the dryers arent working meaning that you have to wait till somebody finishes takes this company forever to fix them them

I received a flyer on my mail from the company for a $19 value free car wash only need to scan the barcode and will send me a code to my email in the next 10 min, but never happened check my inbox, my spam nothing, I been checking for the last 2 days never received nothing... thats a BS.....and the vacuum hoses dont suction very much always look like if their clogged....

After wash went to vacuum and realized my car didnt look clean. Windows were streaked and smudged. Soap was still in some areas. Vacuums didnt even work well. Dont waste your money.

No line and anew facility that does a great job washing your car at a fair price. Theres actually a real person at the end of the line to make sure your car is clean and dry. Being disabled, I dont like having to enter a code at the vacuums as it limits my time to finish the inside of my car

The employees are so aimed to please the customers and my car comes out so clean even got the sap off.

This place is pretty bad, the rollers dont spin properly, and if your drying your car and someone pulls in to the car wash it shuts your dryer off, leaving a spotted finish.

I appreciate the fact that they actually dried my car as I came out. I felt bad not having some cash to give the guy a tip. thats not something places have, so it was cool for my first time.

I love how they cover your back wipers with plastic and dry the extra places that the machine missed

I used to go to Matts car wash but the lines were long you had to wait to dry and people are just rude. I came over here to Bliss, and my car seems to come out cleaner, no long lines, and the price is pretty similar and great customer service I always go to Bliss now. Also there is no mildew smell when you drive through the wash.

I literally love this place. I have not experience a bad wash yet. I will definitely sign up for a monthly pass. I love the fact that you are allowed 8 minutes to vacuum.

I paid eight dollars plus a two dollar tip for the person that wipes the windows, and my car was barely clean. On top of that there’s a seven minute limit for vacuuming which gives someone with kids no time to get anything clean!

I went to get my car wash at bliss today and paid for the $13 transformation. Unfortunately, this was the worst car wash i have ever had, my car still had s lot of dirt left on it and there was no big change. Also, my car dried with water spots everywhere. I ended up having to go down the street to express car wash, which was way better.

I have the $25 membership and have not had a bad experience, they give you wipes for your dash. Although one of their drying rollers was down for some time, I called and was given an attitude by the receptionist.
