It is very hard to find a real hand car wash. This is the same price as the car wash with the brushes that scratches up your paint. I only go here. They do a great job and pretty fast

They did a great job. Plus I asked for my car to be clay bard because it really needed it. They delivered my car looked great! Wait time was really long so just be prepared to wait about 3 hours depending on the time you visit. Over all great experience

I like this car wash. You can sit inside and wait watch the TV play video games have snacks buy stuff for your car its very clean also you can get an oil change and you can get your car detailed. I only got a car wash and I feel they did a decent job.

Really dislike having to write negative reviews. I have been to this car wash before and havent experienced this level of unprofessional service.Took my car on for a full detail. Called ahead and asked about the price they have listed as $190 on their site. Talked with the manager and he said it will cost less than the $190 advertised and would take between 1.5 and 2 hours. Pull up to drop off my car and was told it would be $200, so I let them know I called and was told it would be $190 or less. He charged me $190. Dropped the car off around 11 and he told me to come back at 330 or 4. I get called around 4:10 that my car is ready. Start heading toward the car wash for pick up and get called again to be asked when I would be in because they are closing. Let them know I would be there in 5 minutes. When I arrived I was told there was an issue with the tires. Apparently the car wash machine they use to clean the rims ripped off the air pressure valve and caused 2 tires to go flat.... so they said they took it to be repaired but that my sensor light was still on because the sensor was still broken. I let them know I expected this damage to be repaired and was told the manager wanted to speak with me about it. The manager did not apologize and simply said they were not responsible for any damages because the valve covers were customized.... they were not. The caps were purchased from Autozone and fit on any standard sized tire as replacements. After arguing with me for 15 minutes they let me know I could take the tires to a professional and they wish they had just left the tires flat. Also, that it was too late to do anything about it since mechanic shops were about to close. I then asked for some kind of refund since they said they would not repair the tire today. They refused to refund me for any of the damage. I am now stuck with my car flashing error codes regarding the tires and have to take my car in to repaired.

Went for a full detail and was told 3 hrs and that they would call me when finished. Nearly 5 hrs passed before I called to see if they had finished and they had been finished and forgot to call me. The detail itself was good but not great, they didnt vacuum the trunk space and the chrome rims still have grime and smudges. For 200 dollars and 5 hrs youd think it would be perfect but sadly no. Interior detail was good but exterior needs to be better.

This place ALWAYS do a good job on my car! William is very friendly and outgoing and looks out for his Customers. Although I moved further away.. I still go here because other car washes I have visited doesnt do a good job like this place and other places charge more for an ok job. To me this car wash is great quality for decent prices. 😊

Before they started i pointed out some water spots that i just could not get off of my hood. I specifically asked them if they can get the spots off. The guy said i needed a hand wash and wax and it should be brand new again, they charged me $65. They did a good job i thought and the car looked nice except for the hood with all the water spots still there. They did not even offer a refund or anything the guy said maybe its under the clear coat and it would cost even more money. I paid $65 thats the most expensive car wash i ever had and they couldnt even get off the water spots that was the whole reason i paid so much and i was late for work because the process of washing the car took over 2 hrs.

Never coming back to this car wash they do not honor there points from the app anymore owner stated he don’t care I lost a lot of carwash points 🤬🤬🤬

This place is very busy most of the time, great prices, always come here to get my seats shampooed and never disappointed. I have came by and gotten the vacuum with my wash and the back seats didnt seem vacuumed a few times, so if you have car seats maybe pull them out to get a better result, I dnt expect them to move them but at least around them but overall 4 stars👍

The staff is friendly and perhaps if you go when their not so busy theyll take the time to do a good job. It was my first time going and I happen to go on what seemed a really busy day because the vacuuming was not the greatest, some areas of the car are badly smudged, and other areas were completely missed leaving water marks. Pictures are included for you guys to see for yourselves. Sadly, I will not be going back.

They cleaned my car inside and out. It looked showroom ready when done & it only took around 45 minutes on a busy day. Little pricy but worth it.

I love this car wash, they really make my car look its best. Honestly no other car wash compares. They vacuum my car great, they polish the inside very well. This places gets a 10/10 in my book. and its all HAND WASHED.

Ehhh was it worth me and my wifes 50 dollars not really they left some dirt still on the car they also left water spots because they kept looking at my car for a few minutes trying to figure out how to dry it and i guess the one thats writing down what you want he got my car and played race car with it but overall not worth the 50 dollars.

Ive been going there for over 4 years and Ive always loved there service. I went to other places in the past and they didnt do a good job like this place does.

I bring my work vehicles here and they do a great job. Staff is nice and always on the go cleaning. They even have a shoe shiner for those that need it. Lots of commodities inside while you wait.

All of the employees I encountered were friendly and greeted me with a smile. Upon arrival I told the man what I wanted and he suggested the VIP wash. The bathrooms were clean and didnt have a smell. The cashier was a nice woman who asked if I wanted cash back which was perfect because I had no cash and I like to leave a tip. Max is $5. The cleaning took a while but Im glad it did since the gentlemen did a good job. A couple of misses here and there but to be honest, even I cant clean it perfectly. I would come back but I do prefer to do it myself when Im not tired.

I had been a customer for a long time, every time I got my car washed I purchase either the VIP package or a Wax package, when it came down for them to grant me my free car wash after 10 car washes they, which is the owner VIC did not grant even after I spoke to him that My husband lost the card with the stamps, but it should be in their systems. VIC had the odasity to curse at me over the phone when I told him that his cashier does not know anything which she doesn’t. It is not about the money but where is the loyalty to the customers and what is the point of earning points for free car washes. People please don’t lose ur card with the stamps because they will not grant the free car wash. I will never come to this car wash again, they completely lost my business forever. I hope a free car wash that I earned was worth it.

I wash my work vans here and there good. But dont come during lunch. Everyone comes at that time. Its best you come on a gloomy or windy day. Only because there will be very little people there. My only real dislike is the wait. Great job on the cars tho.

Drove up in a dirty car, was quoted the higher price even though I only asked for wash and vacuum, basic price $14.99. $18.99 outside turned into $21.99 inside. When I disputed the price and man at the desk started arguing with me and talking about the condition of my car (it was just dirty). Told him I thought they were dishonest and he told me they didn’t need customers like me and did I just come there to fight. Took my atm card out of the machine and left with him yelling at me to get out of there! Unbelievable. Went to the car wash down the street $6 cheaper and they were awesome!!! Miracle Mile car wash is where it’s at!!!

I went today 5/22/2020 As soon as I pulled in the owner approached me and asked if I wanted to purchase the V I P carwash, I said no but I purchased the $25.99 wash, I went inside and paid, after a while a man came in and started to yell about paying for the V IP carwash and all machines that wash the cars were all down none of the cars were getting washed the way they were supposed to, to instead they were taking them off to the side and washing them with a bucket of water and a rag, when the owner was asked why he was charging full price for full service when none of the cars were getting any of the wax, or polish shine that we all paid for, the owner didnt/wouldnt respond to the man who first started to yell, finally my car was done so I confronted the owner and told him I have been a loyal customer for years, so why would he try to sell me the V I P carwash knowing that the machines were all down. I told him that he was cheatingf us customers knowing that our we werent getting what we were paying for. At least be honest and let us the customer decide whether or not to get our cars washed.EXPRESS QUALITY HAND CARWASH PLEASE BE HONEST. THANK YOU

If I could give negative stars I would. The guy I talked to gave me $10 dollars off the $190 making the price $180 which is where they started gaining stars. Heres where they lost them-After leaving my phone number and expecting to receive a phone call at 2pm when my car was supposed to be ready, I ended up calling at 3pm. -1*My car looked the part. Smelled clean. Looked clean. I took it around the corner to a buddy of mine to get a better look.-They left streaks in all 4 of my car door windows. My interior windshield has circle streaks as though someone used a wet rag to clean it off. -2*-They left circle streaks on my car, and failed to clean my fog lights -1*-I dont sit in my back seat ever. So there was some dust built up back there by the head rest WHICH THEY NEVER WIPED OFF! Its extremely noticeable when you can see the outline of where they stopped wiping on the seats. -2*-I made clear mention of my sun visor needing to be cleaned because it had obvious stains. Never cleaned! -1*-After being an hour late to pick up my car, in which I never received a phone call to be told it was ready. I drive off and ALL of my seats are still wet. They had shampooed cleaned my car and left the windows up. So my seats never dried. -1*

I have came here for years. Ive never reviewed the place because it never needed to be. Its always busy every time that I go and that some speaks for itself. I recently saw some horrible reviews about the place, so I felt the need to say something. This place is amazing, the employees are friendly, and Ive never had an issue with my car being damaged or something stolen from it. They are honest and hardworking. I would recommend this place to anyone. My car looks great every time and I think that if you want a great experience and carwash, go to them.

The wash was ok but what I’m very disappointed was that my aux cable was missing from my vehicle. I ask the person doing detail, then the guy doing the vacuum but no one have seen it. I know it was taken out because no car wash or vacuum gonna suck out a cable being plug into the car. The guy doing the vacuum cleaning ask me to go to the manager and ask for a discount for the lost or replacement for the aux cable with to me this was understandable. Turn out speaking to the manager was a bad decision since he was very understandable and did not reason with anything to get it straighten out. It maybe an auxiliary cable but the fact is I wasn’t getting out at least a replacement for the auxiliary cable knowing they took it. Now I have to buy another one and a converter for my phone since it’s an iPhone. I don’t recommended no one coming here if you want stolen or over priced car wash.

Over priced for the quality of service... I am gonna be honest. I was very disappointed... they had so many cars and that cars were drying by them self’s and left water marks... there were 2 trucks they did and awesome job on took there time armored clean all the windows very detailed. However the cars did not get that attention I know this because I had to wait over an hour for my car. I paid for the 26.00 deal and was treated like a 10 car wash... my Windows had smudges and streaks... my windows in the back were dirty. My hood had a smear of something white... I took the car back because I disappointed because I paid for something I did not get... when I told the guys what’s this on my hood. His reply was here let me see, who ever waxed your car most of not cleaned off the wax I told the guy this is a brand new car... told him what happened is you guys let it sit for so long and you did not clean it correctly... anyways I could say more but don’t want to waste my time, I was very disappointed. I don’t recommend you take your car there... they overcharge and under perform... I just have to be real. This place needs to improve and the owner needs to step up, because by all the reviews something is not right..

I WONT EVER USE THEIR SERVICES...I WAITED OVER 4 HRS FOR MY CAR IT WAS STILL DIRTY...

I use this car wash often. Today was horrible. The man who finished my car did the worst job I have ever seen. They were very busy, but that is no excuse. When I got the car home and in the shade I saw many spots and smears. Caked on dirt all over. Interior Windows streaked. I will now look for a better place.Do not give these people yor hard earned money.

They do a half axx job and their customer service is very poor. I only went to that place to kill time while waiting on an appointment down the street. I couldve done a better job at home washing the vehicle myself. Which Im going to have to do anyways bc they did such a shxty job.

Not happy with this place was my go to but they disappointed me today and took care of my truck sloppy because they were to busy, I could have done it myself which I probably will now since they didnt hand wash my truck like they said they did... instead they ran my oversized truck through their machine

They crossed the line when they stole my petty change from my center console... to top it off, the manned automatic car wash chain that moves the cars in the tunnel was not attended and had my vehicle rear ended... only because I was observing was I able to complained and of course no one took responsibility....

Good work at a reasonable price

Okay so this car wash is relatively quick considering the high volume of vehicles., And the staff seemed very friendly, BUT i was not impressed at all. I have a chevy Tahoe, and thats my baby! There was still visible dust inside my truck. Dirt and wipe marks on the hood. Wax all over my chrome grill detailing due to headlights cleaning ($30 extra fee) also, for $20 more paid for the taillights to be buffed out too. Oh!, and My mirrors inside and out....still dirty. So now. To the naked eye yes. My truck looked clean. But up close and personal? No. So in total i paid $70 plus a $10 tip for this car wash experience, and hands down on my worst day, with the flu....and a broke finger....freezing cold, .....and in the dark!.....i could have done a way better job. 85% of the time i wash my own truck, but i am new to the area and wanted to see if this place worked for me.....again. not impressed. So perhaps they are more effective working on cars, rather than suvs.
