It was my first time at this barbershop and I will definitely not be returning. The barber seemed like he had no interest in cutting hair he seeemed out of it and didn’t give me the haircut I wanted. My lineup was not straight and I asked for a fade with shaved and the barber did not shave me at at all and didn’t clean up my lineup and didn’t even trim the hair on the top. Really horrible service and haircut. Now I have to go to a different barber shop and pay double

They have serious issues with their scheduling. I waited for 40 minutes after my appointment time and finally had to leave. My haircuts have always been great, but my time is valuable too.

It has a very clean and fresh feel, although I appreciate the cool barbers. Make sure to be very specific about what you want, ...before it’s too late.I personally would suggest avoid requesting a hairline unless your comfortable with risk. Try scheduling 2 hr in advance for best time use. Overall a decent interesting time.

The first time I took my brother there, they took an entire HOUR for his hair cut. The second time, THREE HOURS. A hair cut doesnt need to take that long especially at the prices theyre charging.

Sookie is a master hair stylist. Shes Korean and she is. excellent she cuts my hair. Tier 1 Barber shop is the new name of the new owner. It is a combination barber shop and beauty shop. The men have their own side the women have their side. It is owned by a black barber and all this stylist are black except Sookie. She cannot braid hair but they have a master there who does. Its in the process of being remodeled. They will have a private waxing room. Sookie waxes. There is good parking its near the corner a 40th and Sierra in San Bernardino. I ride OMNI TRANS bus #7 to get there is a lot of parking for people who have a car.

Under staffed, I can wait an hour no big deal but 2 hours or more for a cut is just a joke, the best barbers stick to thier loyal clients & favor them over walk in. You have 1 guy doing walk in on Saturday the busiest day for a barber shop its rediculious !! I waited almost 2 hours and still didnt even get a cut left Fed up. This place sucks if your a 1st timer .

Everyone hypes up mario, always has me waiting over an hour, unprofessional. Says 15 mins turns into 60 mins. Why does it take 1 hour after my booked appointment! For you to seat me? We all have lifes G. If you cant keep up, dont do your bookings at 30 minute spaces. Many people tell me this, i know people who personally wont go to him for this reason. Gave him 3 tries, everytime im waiting. No one wants to sit in that hot A** barbershop.
