The haircut was the style I wanted and the stylist was very pleasant, but the length was too short. I asked for it to be collar bone length, but once it dried it was about an inch shorter than that. Other stylists I have had knew to leave it a bit longer to account for drying. I will return, but I will make sure to ask them make it an inch longer next time.

This place is super tiny and kind of easy to miss. Overall fast and straight to the point. We made an appointment for our 2 year old to get a hair cut. amber was really great! She is Patient and super friendly. Really helped make my two year old comfortable enough for his cut.UPDATE:unpleasant last experience.

Stay far away! Horrible and worst customer service in my life. Make an appointment? Good luck being seen on time. Expect to be treated horrible, ignored, and wait over a hour even with appointment. Blond girl with tattoos on arms is mean and hates her job.

The store followed safety protocols with distancing and mask. Limited number of people inside. CALL FIRST! Ramiro did a great job on my cut. Many stylist I’ve used before(not here at this location) had difficulty with my full, long hair. I waited months to get a cut. Thank you!

I am always greeted when I walk thru the door and the staff is nothing but professional. While the staff is excellent, Gabby is my go-to! She’s absolutely incredible. She’s attentive, offers great suggestions, and has never let me walk out of the door not feeling in love with my hair. Highly recommend this organization specifically this facility. Fast and efficient. My husband and I have gone there several times and were always happy with our hair cuts.

Cheap for an adult cut. However not so special or cheap,for a baby or Toddler cut.

My first official haircut since the pandemic began in 2020 and I really needed it. The business follows guidelines for social distancing and safety.

Said there was a 45 to hour long wait so we went to 5 guys next door and came back after about 35 and 3 ppl were cutting hair. After 10 minutes all the cuts were done and everyone dissapeared. Waited another 15 minutes still nothing. The guy working was rude too, he acted like if he made us wait long enough he wouldnt have to do my husbands haircut, which he didnt because we left. Jokes on him, its an easy cut and we always tip well.

They tend to get crowded so theres a bit of a wait. Service is great and friendly. Love the hot towel finish.

Great cut helped us over and beyond by contacting the supercuts we usually visit to see the exact style, since its a different franchise I believe, there system is different. 💯 this one is closer to home too!

The colorist is lazy, everytime i go to her she gives all these reasons she cant color my hair even though i always end up going to a different super cuts and getting it done the same day, shes lazy, she has an attitude I work in a beauty supply in redlands and always let all my guest know not to go to her!!! your better off going to a different one, she has no clue what shes doing or what shes talking about she said itd be impossible to get my hair a specific color but i literally went and had it done the same day without any problems! the lady at the other supercuts said she may be inexperienced and thats why she makes up excuses to do anyones hair

Very inconsistent quality of haircuts. Out of five times I’ve gone only twice has the work been okay. I once went to trim my bangs and was charged almost twenty dollars apart from them looking horribly uneven. This last time I went I asked for shoulder length hair and layers. I ended up with an uneven bob and one “layer”. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointing. The customer service is okay, not great but not the worst. I really tried giving this place several chances but overall it’s been bad.

Hit it MissThe quality is very hit or miss. I got a haircut from aomeone yesterday, Hispanic guy with a nose stud. He kept flicking my ears with the comb until they turned red and the ending haircut was awful. I am wearing a beanie at work right now. Most stylists are good but he was absolutely terrible.

Hello my husband went to get a haircut and i know it was packed but one of your workers was very rude!! it was on tuesday afternoon. last week she didnt have to have attitude but told me to come back within an hour she had an ugly face she made towards us please get better workers. she was either in her late 40 or 50s chinese filipino or mexican

I have been going here for 4 years until today. I felt totally disprespected when Stylist Yanet got out of line and started yelling at me and point both hands at me aggressively after I refused to pay for the bad haircut I got from HER. As a loyal customer I DO NOT DISCREDIT THIS SALON. They have a line of top notch stylist! But if you do go here I DON’T RECOMMEND getting a cut from STYLIST YANET! She has bad customer service. Anyone that goes here will thank me later, I’m not kidding. Today’s date is February 26, 2019.

Nice place, people are friendly but I would not recommend going there. Very hard to get consistent haircut. Have been here a number of times the last 2 were terrible, uneven, and just not good. I wont go back.

Yooree has been my stylist for over 10 years. Her haircuts are amazing and she is a master with color. I recently decided to go purple and Yooree is the only person I would trust with the task! It turned out so well, and I was so happy with the finished product. For me, its worth a drive from San Diego to San Bernardino just to see her!

Horrible service. Stopped in Saturday morning, arrived in town an hour before. 5 mins before they acknowledged me, I finally signed in. More customers walked in, and after half an hour the lady read off names and even though I check in first was at the end of the list. I walked out without a cut for the special event I am in town for. Horrible place... I do not recommend this location.

Very hard to get a consistent hair cut. Ive been going there for years and I am finally done, they only have two people who can cut hair and youre lucky if they can see you.

I like thrir service, they are always nice and friedly...and yes its always packed but that is cause of their great job.they are always working hard and to be honest the wait its worth it.

Walked in and was not even acknowledged nor informed on a estimate wait time. Sat down and waited for over 30 mintues and still no acknowledgement or a given wait time. The ladies cutting hair carried on a long conversation and would rather talk then cut hair.
