Honestly, I initially had some issues with a Veronica’s Insurance rep in the Sylmar/San Fernando office not cancelling my policy. But I called the corporate office and Luciano Soto was so great! It was 5 star customer service. He was on top of it! Following up with me via phone and email to make sure my issue was resolved and we got a refund! He makes Veronica’s Insurance look good. They are so lucky to have him!

Very poor customer service called 4 times spoke to 3 different persons. I was the one calling to follow-up not the other way around. I was on hold for most of the call after I had previously emailed all my information the day before. I was only to add a car to my policy!!

Beware they are not professional at all. I had Adriana’s Insurance and they got bought out by Veronica’s the first time my payment was due Veronica’s charged my account 2 times (double) and when I called them to see what happened they told me it wasn’t their fault and they voided the extra charge and my money would be back in my account in 24 hours. It took 4 days to get the money back in my account. They didn’t apologize or offer anything for their mistake. I would highly recommend you take your business and money to another company like (Fred Loya) you have a choice I didn’t have any control but it shows how unprofessional they are by messing up the very first payment I made with them.

The people who are actually running this insurance company are clearly very young and uneducated in the insurance field. I purchased a homeowners policy at one price and several months later I am being billed for a type of roof I dont even have. The owner of the company is ABSOLUTELY NOT AVAILABLE to assist customers, but the customer service provided is not professional!

Horrible, Inexperienced and Lying Company! I purchased a 3 month Auto Policy with these people only because of the Convenience of being 5min away from them and I wanted to do some Insurance Shopping Since Mercury stopped Accepting American Express. Anyways back to Veronicas: when the next billing cycle came I received no Bill, no Text, no Phone call and no Email. I did call several times and was told They had Tried calling me but my Phone was Disconnected Operator tells me someone will call you back Guess what, no one ever does! Apparently this is a Fly by Night Company and Only Cater to the Weak, for I saw Many people their that did not Comprehend what they were buying in Coverage, as far as they Knew they were probably buying Aluminum Siding for their Car! Scary Company, just stay away. I did however call Geico (never gave them a thought before) but only because I heard their commercial on the Radio all the time, so guess what? I DID SAVE ABOUT $100Ddls on a 3 month Auto Insurance Plan! I feel much better now, good bye and good Riddance to that Veronicas Place!

Well I get veronicas and I realize that none of the people who work there are not there when I live, I was always attended by Martita the lady who is from Peru and Francisco and there was another girl from Ukraine and they never charged me for a day of cancellation of my Always happy that inglewood office is no longer the same because it is not. People who were attentive and very polite betterNow I went to make my payment with search all they are nobody and I was attended by another woman very groce ny told me that Marta is also called but it is not the same as before this is grocera better pay but Im canceling my policy because with that person bad education does not serve better look for your agent from beforeI do not come back anymore because English office is not like before now that new woman who calls herself Marta is not the same as before was the other Martita more educatedI charge a minpay plus one day cancellation for $ 50 more
