Updated Review-originally I was so impressed with this agent and felt her to be a compassionate and caring individual. 200% I was taken advantage off. I shared some details of my health and personal situation because my policy lapsed and I needed to be re-instated. Rather than being straight a honest to me she quoted my 1/2 the amount due to re-instate and sent me to COLLECTIONS for the other half. This is after I shared details of trying to improve my credit after a lengthy illness and unemployment. BEWARE OF THIS AGENT.I would like to share my experience with this insurance agent. She has so helpful, extremely patient and kind. I had difficult situation and she has gone above and beyond to help me with my insurance needs. I highly recommend.
