Worst customer service ever. My coverage was cancelled because the i surance company closed. I found out through my loan agency. Lorenzo from Adrianas stated its the state of California responsibility to give me notice. I advised I had payed them a brokage fee for a reason. He went on to say that I did not pay him for anything. I guess he does not know who he works for or where his salary comes from.
