I love the service and professionalism RC and his entire staff gives. I have been with RC since he began his career with State Farm, almost 30 years. Every claim I had over the years has been swift and painless. More than that, RC reaches out to me whenever he thinks I can benefit from a program, discount, or added service. At the end of this week, I will be re-locating out of state. RC has set the bar very high...I hope my new State Farm agent is just as good. I may have to call him from time to time just to make sure. RC lives up to the jingle....like a good neighbor...

Ok, I have been with State Farm for more than 10 years. I lived in the area and I chose RC (State Farm dude) for my auto and I was so satisfied I added a home coverage and when I have a question no matter how small he or his team alway and I mean alway responds in a timely manner. During the las years I have move more than 600 miles away, but when I need or am concerned about an issue about insurance these peeps not only answer, but guide me in the right direction. I really feel very comfortable with the service and they even look out for my best interest. Meaning they let me know the discounts and offers State Farm has and appliet to my account. man, the savings is on point. Look, your looking and need a reliable insurance agent. Amazing customer service!

Ive been with State farm for about 25 years. RC Chavez took over my account when the previous agent retired..... I think about at least 18 years ago. This office has always handled my claims in a very quick manner(they dont waste any time!). Honestly, Id recommend them to anyone who needs reliable insurance. Did I mention they are always super nice even when you have an uber amount of questions, they never rush me off of the phone.. and they always return my phone calls quickly if it ever goes to voicemail.
