AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COST -I received insurance in July of 2017 and everything went well, I then moved to Albuquerque NM for school in the Fall. During winter break (December) I came into the office to ask about the process of transferring my insurance to New Mexico as well as make payment. After waiting 30 minutes because no-one was in the office, they helped me out and explained I should go to any Allstate office in NM and they can transfer me, I gave them my credit card for payment and went on my way.In January I returned to NM went to an Allstate agency and they said they couldnt help me because my policy wasnt renewed and instead cancelled. New Mexico law needs you to have a record of coverage. I was dumbfounded to hear this as I physically visited the office to make the payment for January, and the person helping me said I was good to go.No one explained I needed to link my bank account for recurring payments even though I left them my credit card on file or that another payment would be due 4 days from when I visited the office.All they told me when ask about the customer service is they sent the bill in the mail but I receive mail in NM and I was in CA so that didnt help much.With that said they cant do anything to help me, Im now stuck without coverage and have to find a new company because Allstates cant take me in New Mexico because of the lack of continued coverage.I would avoid this office at all cost...

Avoid this place at all costs. 2nd female from right to left believes she has the power to make, changes to your policy as she pleases. She got butthurt that we left and went to another all state agent; so she went in and started adding and removing people, as well as vehicles from the policy, without the consent of the policy holder.She was giving misleading information. she was very much uninformed of what she was doing, and also seemed as if the prices she was giving us were just being pulled out of her rear end. She stated that these prices were prices that allstate creates yet she tells us if we bring her more customers she will give us a discount on our total bill for the policy. Which clearly tells me that they are just throwing random numbers at us.This is the best part. While she was adding vehicles, and personal to the policy. We asked a few questions as to how the price is affected, why it fluctuates from very low to very high out of no where and etc. This is what shr literally did, shr grabbed the mouse, scrolled up and down a couples times (fast enough to where you couldnt even stop and read anything to give a valid reponse) than she would just blurt out a random response which in the end didnt even answer the question and left us confused. Almost as if she was stalling to try and come up with some bull. Worst experience ever. Believe me when I say, stay away from this office. Allstate is not a bad insurance, just this office doesnt know what its doing.Para mi gente que abla español, vayan con una oficina que sepa lo que estan asiendo.
