Issues with towing service.. Allstate not able to see me in the system under name nor phone or address. I had to call a towing company myself and pay for a SERVICE i already pay for! Then had to wait a month to get my money back!!! Not happy!!!!

Went online for a auto policy. Paid a high premium for having a suspended DL. Recieved paperwork which required my signature which I promptly mail back to them. This office was assigned to my policy. In three weeks policy was cancelled without notice.It wasnt until I notice a refund on my debt account. I called the office for assistance. I was told that it was cancelled because I had a suspended license. I asked why was I charged a high premium then? They covered me for a month and returned 70 of the 189 I paid. So I basically got rob over a 100 dollars for a month. I wasnt in better hands like they say. Smdh. This is way I dont trust insurance. Theyre quick to take your money for nothing.
I have never had a bad experience with insurance until i met Brent Nord. He has the worst customer service. I suddenly went from 120 a month to 185 a month within the same policy. I called him to figure out why it had jumped and it was because he for some reason didnt take my payment for november. I said when i called you you would not take my payment (i thought was odd) and i needed to call back in two days. I called back and he still wouldnt take my payment and said that it would come out next month for two months worth, i said i cant afford that i want to make a payment now and he said that he cant because his computer is not working, so i said ok ill wait then if it is only one month that i have to pay for 2 months worth, and he said yes. well it is the second month and i am being charged 185 again. I called them and they said that is my new policy. I said WOW was i going to be told this. He said oh i thougt i did tell you. I told brent that he is not trying to help me and he said sorry, so i said you would rather lose a customer than help, he gave me no response on that question, i said i am going to cancel with you and go elsewhere and he said that actually sounds like a good idea, i was amazed and astonished just speechless, so I decided to write this review. i now have an open investigation on Brent Nord. I would never reccomend this guy to anyone. EVER!!!! And those were not even all the problems I had with this guy.
