THEY ARE TOTALLY HORRIBLE ... LEFT 7 VOICEMAILS.. NEVER CALLED BACK ONCE.. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND MY DISHWASHER IS STILL RUINED.. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING...

Nice guy, but can’t fix a dishwasher. Do not use these people.

Wow, the guy who came out couldnt fix a sandwich let alone a dishwasher. His diagnoses didnt make sense at all, to make matter worst he said it didnt meet code because it didnt have an air gap. Well because of this guy telling the home repair insurance company it wasnt at code (it was the whole time) they put the breaks on repairs until it was at code. they gave us a chance to pay for our own inspection and they would listen to what they said then determine what to do. Because it was a new home purchase now we have to call the real estate person and the home inspector whos report stated the home was at code including the dishwasher. So now the agent calls the insurance company and got them to send somebody else out and the home inspector had to come back and show us that there was an air gap and the dishwasher was at code. The new repairman came and did an actual diagnoses and confirmed the dishwasher is a code and needs a new control board. STEVE APPLIANCE caused several people a lot of time and money because they do not appear to know what they are doing. Stay away from them.

Wish it was possible to give negative stars. So I gave this place a chance because there werent many reviews and some were really good. I called and the person said the guy will be out at 2 he didnt show up till 4 or 5. Ok, people run late sometimes. Well he came and said the hoses to my washer werent connected correctly. My boyfriend told him no he believes its leaking from the bottom. The guy insisted it was the hose. So he fixed the hose and left. Well the water was still leaking so I called the company back 3 times. Each time the person answered and said they would send someone back out. No one ever showed up and I never received a call. The last time I called the person that answered the phone said they would charge me $35 again to send someone out. I explained that they didnt fix it the first time when he was told where it was leaking from and the lady said o well u will have to pay for the parts to fix it. I said of course. she said he would be out at 2. The guy never showed up and I never received a call. I am done with this place, save your money. I will never go back to this place.

He only got 1 star which should have been 0 stars. He quoted low and then took all my sons disability money just because he told him what was in his account. Steve didnt put the fridge cover back on. My dryer was working fine and now it is not. I have to get someone else to fix what they broke. He didnt itemize what the expenses were for but he basically ripped my son off for $115 an hr. He is too chicken to answer his phone or call back. He is a coward and a low life. Please dont get ripped off by him. He got away with it and obviously has no problem at all with doing this.

On time, knowledgeable, efficient, personable. Finally found an appliance service company I can rely on.
