Very helpful, patience, kind, generous and super friendly. Best install ever! A double wall oven, cooktop, and hood… dirty a freak torrential lightning storm. They came back next day and finished, with a lots of laughs over the storm, and a friendly smile.

Wanted to give 5 stars, unfortunately too many issues that needed corrections. We constantly had to bring attention to areas that needed correction instead of them simply slowing down looking over their work and addressing things before they became issues. Upon completion we are still finding small items that show attention to detail is not there strong point. Overall it’s a new kitchen new appliances that we are pleased with. If you choose to go with Kitchen Concepts my advise is too STAY on them and constantly check EVERYTHING!!

Do not listen to negative feedback. We live in MA, TX & CA throughout the year and without a doubt Harlow’s was EXCEPTIONAL! Not only did they have knowledge of Speed Queen (which most companies do not) but they have latest/most current inventory, worked with me on getting best price AND made exception to deliver to me beyond their usual delivery area. If all that wasn’t enough their delivery & setup was perfect. I needed front loader re-leveled on washer 6 mos later (not uncommon for the heavy front loader to need) & without a hassle or any question other than phone # to find my account I was setup within two days. Harlow’s is like having a member of the family owning company!! Five Star sales AND service- THANK YOU HARLOW’S :-)

I purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher and oven/microwave combination on 9 Nov 2019 and they were installed on 20 Nov. I am already having a Fridgedare repairman coming to my house to troubleshoot a problem with the refrigerator. I purchased a five year full parts a repair warranty but when I called Harlows with the problem I was told to call the manufacturer myself. All of this is not a big deal even though I’m having to have a month old appliance repaired already. The biggest issue was the installation our install was unfortunately scheduled for the end of the day which I knew was going to be rushed. Four individuals showed up in a rush no regard for the inside of my home no boot covers were worn at anytime. The two individuals installing the refrigerator were in such a hurry they wanted to leave the new refrigerator in the middle of my kitchen because they weren’t sure if the wall oven would go in with the refrigerator installed which I told him it would because the old one fit in. I told him that was not except able and I paid for installation. He did not install the handles on the refrigerator because the stove needed to go in first and he wanted to leave so I installed the handles myself. The dishwasher is installed at an angle and the stove is crooked and not flush with the cabinets. I did not call Harlows because I was concerned that the installers would just make things worse! Also I feel a lot of these complaints are just shrugged off. Very disappointed!

Really nice show room and staff was really great and very informative. However, their prices were pretty high, this was the 5th place we stop to look at, while shopping around for a washer and dryer. They really try to push the Speed Queen brand also. Saying the older style machines wash way better then what is out there now. But these classics havent even gotten an outside face lift. They look like they are still from the 1960s.... it just wasnt for us and what we were looking for especially at the price.

I would not recommend buying anything from here. I purchased an oven and vent hood. The hood does not work and nobody will call me back. It has been since before thanksgiving and still getting the run around.

Bought a stacked dual oven from Harlows a few weeks ago. Customer service was great. Bought the ovens on a Friday, they were installed the next Thursday. The guys who installed the ovens were friendly and finished with a quickness. Would definitely buy from Harlows again.

I have purchased a three door refrigerator, washer/dryer and stove on separate occasions. Never had an issue with delivery or hook up of my new appliances. All are still running and operating at top-notch condition. Thanks for being there when I needed you.

We bought a Traeger here and the sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were friendly and answered all our questions. They have a great selection of kitchen appliances too.

I needed a part to stack my washer and dryer last minute on a sunday. I called them 10 minutes before closing, and they had one (the only place with it in stock in the IE). They stayed open later to accommodate us, and we were able to stack our whirlpool set that night. I spent all weekend looking and Harlows provided the best service possible. I know a $20 stack kit is not what these guys specialize in, but if they can go out there way for a $20 customer, i can only imagine what the level of service they provide on their bigger projects is!

Walked in to this place, not one hello. walked around looking at the products thinking an employee would greet me or my husband, walked around for about 10 more minutes and still no one asked if we needed any help. Not a place I would give my money to. Going to see about a place called Riverside Cabinets.

I have never been so disappointed with the customer service in my life. The sale people act like they dont want to get out off their chair and I felt that they didnt because of my race and assume I am just for no reason stopping by. I really needed a small oven replace for my mom but I wouldnt pay a penny to that store the way they treated and greeted me. I would never recommen any one to shop there.

Installers didnt tighten connection which caused a gas leak. I didnt smell the leak because it was sealed in cabinet behind door I hadnt used Ive but notice spike in my gas bill I called Phil at he store he was rude and acted like he couldnt care less. Scarcely told me to come in and he would give me $20 got the extra charge on my bill. I told him when I called he should have known something was wrong since the gas usuage increase on the 11th when the oven was installed. Again Phil gave me an attitude..he should really take classes in dealing with the public.

Scott had great customer service skills helped me pick out the perfect refrigerator for my house good pricing and glad that I have a warranty all refrigerators are new never used and not reconditioned thank you I will be shopping here in the future.

Ive bought 2 appliances from this store so far after I moved into my mobilehome back in 2006. First appluance was a stove - Frigidaire brand, because the stove that came with the mobilehome only had 2 functional burners! Next appliance I bought was a gas dryer - Crosley label on it. I went into this store after work today to see what kind of washers might be in my budget.I found another commercial style heavy duty brand washer, but will have to start saving my money for this one. Price tag was $879.00! Not exactly in my budget at this time! 😢 If Im diligent in saving my money, just might have it in time for Christmas this year! 🙏🙏🙏

I bought jenair cooktop had defected burners sale person instead of helping or replacing item said they could not do nothing about it and on top of that taped my shoulder without permission I told him to keep his hands to him self. Im very dissaponted

The Difference a Generation Makes! Years ago these people would go out of their way to assist a customer. Now they resent interrupting their breaks.. One would think they would want to compete with Home Depot, Lowes, Costco, and Sams Club by providing service and interest not available at the big box stores. Hopefully they are working on their resumes or applications for unemployment.
