I had a rough time looking for someone to help us with our application, and these two ladies help us so much, above and beyond I say! They have professionalism, and most of all treat you like family. Me and my family appreciate you ladies for your help. We are now leaving close to my kids school, our jobs and not to mention…. Amazing walking distance food restaurants, also our Cal state San Bernardino!Thank you ladies definitely are the foundation of the Vue apartment. 😉

Dont live here. Gates are open 24/7. Changing management every year. Lived here for 3 years. No security. Maintenance non-existent. Looks like they are accepting anyone who applies. Gun shots once a month. The reason I stay here is close by work.

The office open whenever they want!. They never follow official hours. I came on friday at 11 am nobody there even it’s not lunch time yet. I came beck at 4 nobody there even it’s not close time yet. And for lunch time they will be closed from at 12 noon untill 2pm . That is crazy! And it happens often

This place is horrible. It’s constantly changing management. The office does little to nothing to help with any problem and give attitude on top of that. Maintenance takes up to a month to get back to you and I hear gunshots outside at least 2 times a week. Packages are constantly being taken from porch. I have yet to talk to a resident that actually likes this place. Im constantly trying to find a better place.

Manager Claudia shows a great customer service. She shows respect, is very polite, and very professional. This is a nice place to live

I have lived here for 3 years now, and every year I have multiple problems. I try calling and they never answer their phones. There was a drive by here and nothing was done, management didnt say a word about it. Security is nonexistent. Anyone can pick up a package for your apt if the know the number, I have had packages stolen and management literally told me someone probably already picked up my package with my name on it... It is a complete scam here. I would never recommend anyone to live here. Management has changed 4 times since Ive been here and it is never good. This is an overpriced place for the bs you deal with. Take your money elsewhere, where you are valued and safe because it is not here!!!! It is not safe. If I could negative reviews I would.

Trash receptors are always overflowing and reek. There is always trash around the complex. The residents are terrible. No consideration and management does nothing. Police are seen for regularly. You see them at least weekly. My vehicle was broken into and things were stolen off my patio area. Lots of transients in the complex. Dont move here. I lived at Ridgeline before and it was Beverly Hills compared to this place.Update: The property manager manages nothing. She is unprofessional and takes care of absolutely none of the residents issues. It is sad that for residents who pay rent on-time you cannot expect for anything to be handled timely.

Honestly, besides what everyone else is saying. Moving into the Vue has been the best thing Ive done by far. I enjoy living in a beautiful well kept and quiet neighborhood with friendly people. If Im late on anything they are beyond understanding. They also know how to communicate which some people dont. Adriana and Rebecca are the best by far as well as Dominique. I wouldnt change it. They answer your questions in a professional manner and are willing to work with you.

If i could rate this lower, I would. The management is absolutely atrocious, the security is essentially nonexistent, the maintenance takes literal months to get anything done, and the gate calls random phone numbers instead of opening the gates. Not only do they hide fake fees in their monthly statements, they do their best to annoy tenants into breaking their leases to maintain high turn over rates.

If I could give them 0 stars and/or negative, I would. This place is a complete joke. They have not done anything they said they were going to do. From the day management changed to trinity, there has been nothing but problems. They painted some random paint colors on only a couple of buildings and doors which has left the complex looking disconnected and displeasing. There is nothing but loud noise coming from workers starting from early in the morning and throughout the day. Work orders never get done. There was a hole in our ceiling from the water heater bursting upstairs. This happened in April. The hole is still there. Our water heater burst and it took them 5 days or more to resolve the issue. Over $1000 worth of our stuff was damaged due to the flooded apartment without any compensation. Management is a disgrace. Weve talked to them numerous amounts of times about the issues with our apartment. Nothing has been resolved. The women in there smile and act polite, but are useless and get nothing done. The apartment manager must not want her job, because she is never there to do it. Whenever you need to talk to her, she is unavailable and out of the office which is 5 out of the 6 days shes SUPPOSED to be there. This place has been nothing but a headache since we moved here 3 years ago, but at least with the old apartment management, we could get things done and the apartment manager was always in the office willing to communicate by phone, emails, and/or in person. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It doesnt feel like home. My brothers car was broken into. People are always in the trash. Theres no security and everything is broken. At this point something needs to be done about this disgrace of what they call a place to live more like a place to have a headache. I wish they could be sued. Unreasonable and just downright awful. What a waste.Oh and top of that, they wanted to raise our rent another $150 for the next lease term. Probably not.

Pros: The management staff are awesome people (we miss you Rebecca), and I do like many of the renovations that have been done, especially the gym and pool area.Cons: Work order and security response time needs improvement, and the front gate has been a free-for-all for far too long.Other: The neighbors seem to declining in quality. This was a fairly quiet complex when we moved in, almost exceptionally so considering how close it is to Cal State. Over the past year however theres been a dramatic increase in the number of residents who think blaring rap music at ear-splitting volumes from their car stereos at 3 AM is acceptable behavior.

Bad customer service they never answer the phone after 5:30 pm because they close at 6:00 pm and they send the calls to the call center, if you leave a message with the call center still not get a call back.I don’t recommend this place they are duty, unorganized, the main gate doesn’t work and all the homeless people go in to get bottles and cans from the trash cans, the manager isn’t friendly at all.Also every time the apartment needed any repairs the maintenance guy go to the apartment they knock the door ones and then he go in, if nobody response even that u are inside in the bathroom taking a shower they open the apartment with any respect to the people.

After moving in, I have only had minor issues that maintenance fixed quickly. They are on top of things. Management does care and puts forth the effort to provide quality apartment living. I dont understand some of the reviews, some people are just dramatic. Great place to live.

Been here for half a year. In the past month, theyve turned off the water for emergency twice. Ive missed work both times. They are not understanding with your rent if you miss work. They will not care about you and if they have to do anything in emergency they arent going to help you with your rent if you miss work because of it. They wont adjust THEIR income due to an emergency but theyll screw with yours. Maintenance guys are cool, they do their job, too bad the people at managing arent managing.Edit: decided to call me to talk about this review as well. Just hung up. Tired of useless apologies and excuses. Especially when it takes a one star review. No I dont want to touch base just so you can feel better. Youre just messing more with my time to work.

The office staff is always so friendly and service is great. The maintenance staff does a great job keeping the community clean and well maintained

Ive been a resident for quite some time now and you know what? I cant find a single reason why I should or need to complain. I know we have had lots and lots of changes but its been nice to have the apartments look nice and now we have an actual gym (saves me money there). You should actually go to the office and youll be helped. I went in and I was helped by Rebecca the one with glasses and she was very friendly and helped me with my car when I didnt know where to park (they were doing some work on the pavements). I just want to share my thoughts because I see so many negative reviews but we dont mention the positive improvements we have now. I do like where I live and I plan to enjoy it! :)

They have been remodeling and I love how things are turning out. Whenever there is a problem, the maintenance man arrives within the same day that you call. I moved in about a month and a half ago and the apartment has had no problems with bugs or anything My only concern is parking. Assigned parking is not numbered in order and I hate having to walk a long distance to get to my car and back. I hope they fix the problem with parking soon or I will complain until they fix it. Pricing is not my concern but I have noticed the rent is more higher than others have mentioned they paid in the past but for the price, I think it all has been worth it here. Therefore I give four stars

SO these people are straight scammers the actual apartments are cheaply put together the customer service is horrible and these people lie to you when you are lookibg to move out get ready to be charged for a cleaning fee even though you clean we lived there for four months and they charged us for carpets as well which were super clean also 250 for labor to patch up the walls which would be 20 bucks to do your self. This place is totally not worth it trust me find other places with better quality.

They never answer the phone. Ive called at least 10 times within an hour. The management just doesnt seem to care at all for its customers.

Ive lived here for almost a year now. Ive had my car towed from my own parking space as a result of their negligence (didnt give me a parking pass or inform me of the ridiculous parking policy upon moving in, which I later found out also happened to a classmate that moved in months prior to myself), countless failed promises, and absolutely no help removing an unlawful occupant (the required lease for all occupants is a jointly and severally binding agreement, while only the jointly portion is enforced, making any roommate issues you may face a terribly extended legal fiasco for which you are entirely responsible, unless of course you want to destroy your own credit). Whenever Ive needed maintenance, including my initial requests upon moving in, the front office fails to deliver the message and one must contact the maintenance workers directly. The front office, including Yolanda and the Manager will essentially tell you anything you want to hear to get you out of the office and the only thing they seem to be able to do efficiently is take my money. I strongly suggest you check out the Castle park apartment complex for similar pricing and supposedly better quality of life? The in-apartment washer and dryer is terrible, have to dry clothes through two or three cycles before they are actually dry. The dishwasher is equally bad, although I generally wash by hand anyway. Also, I have a fish tank so Im constantly checking water quality and they have trace amounts of ammonia and the hardest (calcium and magnesium) water Ive ever seen, even compared to neighboring facilities. Im not some crazy person upset on the internet, this is a legitimate warning to avoid this apartment complex if you can at all help it.On a side note, if you value your lungs and dont enjoy the smell of smoke at all hours of the day, everyone smokes cigarettes here including the manager. Youll find her puffing away right next to the swimming pool and mailboxes around all the children.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! The leasing agents are so nice UNTIL YOU MOVE IN! The new women dont do there job AT ALL, They dont fix work orders, This Community has ANTS and ROACHES, If your in a bottom unit your ceiling WILL Have water Damage, The doors come off the Hinges, The Tubs are Bath Fitter style(so they have fake tubs), water collects around some of the buildings, they have dry rotted cabinets, the appliances are refurbished and just cleaned out, MY Dishwasher was Not attached at all, they have a drainage problem so SINKS AND TUBS GET STOPPED UP, the closet door ALWAYS come off track, the windows are MOTEL style and are old so they dont open or close properly, Plus its not secure the front Gate is open 24/7 and my neighbor was attacked and robbed by someone and security did NOTHING they just told him to try to stay in his house after 10 pm! And people are always in the dumpsters, park where you can see your car because people will bust your window to steal out of your car!!! This is just me trying to save someone Time AND A LOT OF MONEY!!!!! I will be posting images of what to look for on YELP!!! I suggest you Look around for better apartments before moving in...

Worst apartment ever!!!!!!!!!!! Worst customer service!!!!! I would rather live outside than in one of these apartments!! I would give 0 stars if possible!! Ive been havin an ac problem for two months and still never fixed!!! They come and susposably fix it but next two days it breaks again then I have to wait another two weeks for the guy to come again and they only have one maintenance guy for the whole complex!!!!! They have all the time to fix the outside of the complex and make it look pretty but what about your customers!!!!!!!??????? Not a family complex!!!! Do not get!!!!

This place is terrible.. just read the other reviews, they are 100% accurate... they dont fix anything in a timely manner, everything has an excuse as to why it wasnt done... dont move in you will deifintely regret it.

If you are military and thinking about movinf here please think again they do not value your service here at all if you want a discount think again. They will lie to you saying ohh you only lived here for 4 months and are on orders you dont need to pay the cleaning fee because it was remodeled before you came. But then they send you to collections for a lie they told you please everyone military or non military please stay away from here i promise it is not worth it and they also have old appliances and fake wooden counters with laminate for what you pay a month it is a clear rip off.

I would say these apartments are Fair but they are not. They dont clearly inform their tenants that a written 30-day notice is required to vacate. I naturally assumed that when my lease is up I no longer had a legal obligation to stay there. Around the 11th the front office started calling me back to back, they then emailed me. Later that day when I returned the phone call, I am asked whether I was renewing my lease. When I said no I was told I was responsible until the 11th of the next month even though my lease is up. CLEARLY ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY, DONT EXPECT A FAMILY COMMUNITY WITH OPEN AND CLEAR COMMUNICATION.GATE - since i moved in on 10/2016 the gate has never worked properly. First it stayed closed, so i had to walk to the gate and scan guest in. Now the gate stays open 24/7. The entry system just looks nice, a guest couldnt dial your number and let you in, its just for looks. recently there was work on the exit gate, it remained closed, even after hours when no one was there to guard it. Residents didnt receive a notice and everyone had to drive thru the entrance gate which is pretty dangerous.MAINTANCE - has improved tremendously, now they have guys who actually know how to fix things, Luis was kind but his work was not very effectiveNEIGHBORS- mostly college kidsSTAFF- the worst thing about the Vue, Very Rude and ready to Argue....well, after you sign your lease of course.

I am very disappointed because more than a week ago my kitchen sink clogged up and the garbage disposal isnt working eather and they have not fixed it. I call every day and they tell me they are working on it and will have someone fi it soon. The guy in charge of maintenance tells me he will fix it jet never does. And it uts not the first time. They also took over a month to fix the heater that wasnt working and it didnt get fixed and I had to call them to fix it right and they came but didnt fix the sink! Spoke to the manager on Friday and she told me she would have it fixed by Saturday and they never came. Im tired of these people not doing theyre job. The poor elder maintanace guy has so much job he cant get them all done by himself and the younger worker doesnt do anything all day.

The WORST place I have ever lived in my entire life. There was never a problem with parking to begin with however, management issued a new policy where every single day that a guest parks in the complex, you must go to the front, give all details of the car including make, model, color, license plate number, etc. then they will give you a temporary parking pass until only 9 a.m. the following day. If your guest decides to stay another day, you must go to the front and renew the pass by 9 a.m. or your guests car will be towed at your expense of $420. If the front office is closed, you must go to the front of the complex, find the sign that has the towing companys phone number on it, call the creepy tow truck man in the middle of the night, and again give all details of the car including make, model, color, license plate number, etc. then they will give you a temporary parking pass number that you must write down and put on the dash of your guests car or it will be towed at your expense for $420. If this does not sound extremely inconvenient already, wait until it happens to you unexpectedly when you have work or class or you are not home. On top of this blasphemy, your guest is not allowed to park in your designated parking spot with your apartment number listed on it under an awning unless your guest has a parking pass otherwise your guest will be towed at your expense for $420. All throughout the night, a tow truck driver will walk up and down the complex with a flashlight shining through your car and if you do not have the golden parking pass he is looking for, your car will be towed at your expense for $420. Also, 2 months ago, in August, before this new chaotic policy, everything was fine and we renewed our lease for 11 months until we finish school. We have had to go back give five times now since August to redo our lease because the ladies at the front could not write a correct lease agreement. Although that was not the end of the world, it was a big inconvenience trying to congregate three full time college students that have full time jobs. We have the upgraded deluxe apartment and everything is broken inside. If it is not broken, it will break eventually. The repairmen take weeks to respond to your requests and even after they fix something it still is not fully repaired. It states on your lease agreement that they charge you a monthly fee for pests however, our apartment is constantly filled with crickets. They come through the air conditioning vents, the cracks under the front door, under the toilet, all kinds of disgusting places. There has been a cricket hiding in our bathroom for months now who chirps away throughout the night and we have no idea where he is at. We originally chose this place because it is right across the street from Cal State San Bernardino which we attend. If I could rewind time, I would have never chose this place if it was the last place on earth to live. The amount of times the management has upset me, inconvenienced me, and caused stress in my life is unbearable. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! There are plenty of other apartment complexes that neighbor Mountainside Village that are probably WAY better!! Youve been warned!!

I left a great review... Back when the apartments were called mountainside village. The management was fine, reasonable, negotiated rent terms and were responsive, and actually have good service. They were older ladies but extremely nice. Now. The apartments are called the vue and we are moving. The management is a joke. Young girls. They are extremely rude and cocky. For literally 2 months i trying to get in contact with the actual manager and I could never drop in (the ten plus times that I did plus the ten plus times I called and emailed) to talk to her about the $150 increase to our lease. So we are moving out. Why would rent go up ten percent in a ten month period when rents in the area have fallen or stayed the same? Oh, because they are putting in a business center... Ahhh our rent went up $150 so we could use a computer they own...... Oh wait they are adding a gym... Theyve been saying that for 4 months now, no gym....... Oh you mean the gym that costs$10 a month at planet fitness or the free one at csusb.... Oh wait they are painting the apartments... They painted 1 1/2 apartments white... The apartments are going to look like Bagdad... Gross... Go live at the Glen for a better price and brand new apartments and no deposit... Plus this place has a homeless problem, cockroaches, and worse, poor management.

My car was taken 2 times and of course they couldnt take one cent from me because i do my research this is illegal towing they are doing...Dont be fooled by their promising website that states free cable it is NOT free, they charge about 30 bucks in the rent whether or not you use their 20 channel basic cable,closed community??? It would be if their front gate was actually repaired so it could close and if all those people wouldnt be jumping thru the back wall...This place seems to be getting the worst tenants lately who just smoke cigarretes and marijuana all day and obviously is turning into the worst apts in the area due to this ridiculous deal going on with the whole parking business if you are reading these reviews please consider any other place i know i ran out the instant my contract was done i have a family i have children and i seriously sometimes feared for our safety since their security only watches their offiice and all the residents are in danger with all those people jumping in the back.. my car was broken into, a car full of violent people came pounding on my door at 3am by mistake, had to look out the window every 10 mins to see if my car was there... dealt with marijuana smell going thru my vents my whole pregnancy, it was just the worst experience ever and im glad i dont have to see yolandas hypocrite face anymore!!!

Awful place they tow your car without warning although my car was registered with them . The office staff are condescending and when you voice your concerns they look at you as though you have no idea what you are talking about. We have no security as much as we pay in rent, no gym no clubhouse nothing. A couple of residents and I have gotten our rims stolen . Cars broken into and homes broken into . Its not safe dont move here.

For those of you PROUD to live in the ghetto! Then MOUNTIANSIDE VILLAGE APARTMENTS are for you! You get trash by your apartment, kids leaving things everywhere. Old dusty cars that are all banged up, just sitting there take up a parking spot.. Loud neighbors all thought out the night! And leaving beer cans and cigarette buds everywhere.. The So-called “Security” just walks along the outside talking on their cell phone and smoking. And when you really can’t sleep cause of all the noise and you call them.. Guess what? they don’t come or do anything! You would think a place that is located near the University would be nice right!> Well not here you pay more because of the fact it is located close to the university, but with all the ghettoness! Can not wait for my lease to be us and go back to LIDO apartments.. If you really do take pride in where you live then They would be where you want to go… IDK why I left from there for this crappy place!!!!

This place sucks they made me buy renters insurance before i got the place i was approved they gave me an apartment number and everything i went to see the apartment it was already to go then they call me oh that apartment is already taken they wanted me to get a higher priced one with less upgrade all they did was steel my 88 dlrs for the paparwork then i read all the bad reviews this place has made me hate it even more gettho ass apartments never again
