Great store and they are extremely helpful there. Go go outside and hook up there a machine to your car and try tell you whats wrong with it. The employees will even tell you where a independent mechanic is that isnt too expensive. In my opinion theyre great. Theyll tell you the little hidden details that will save you money. And I sure appreciate that.

My visit here was pretty good for an auto parts store the guy working behind the counter seem to know what part I needed where it was located and was helpful in obtaining the part so that I could get back on my way quickly these guys that work here typically seem to know their stuff with Auto Parts and I think theyve probably been working there long enough to recognize when customers need additional help and can provide it in order to give good customer satisfaction to their customers

FAST SERVICE

Went in with my tundra blinker not working 8$ and 3 minutes later the rep set it up for me, completely understanding they do this as a courtesy I am very grateful vs having to wait at Wal-Mart for 3 hours and 20$ coming here was a great choice, very economical and Rep set it up for me, now back to driving safe, Thanks auto zone!

The parts manager at this San Benito, Tx location is absolutely terrible at his job and doesnt make you feel welcome at his store. Almost seems like a creep. Steer clear of this AutoZone. Theres another one a half mile away so I suggest you go to that one instead.

They didnt want to do good on my 5 year replacement battery even though I bought it in 7 /17,they were basically going on the one I purchased in5 /15, its not right,they wanted to pro rate it based on 2015 not 2017,just to get some money off of me
