I was extremely happy with the level of service I received. On time, courteous, professional. I needed to have a window replaced that had tint on it. They came out & gave me a quote & did a good job of trying to match the rest of the windows. From the moment I called to completion I had excellent customer service. We had our master bedroom window tinted by SunSafe and are extremely satisfied with their work! During the summer it gets unbearably hot in that room no matter what our AC is on. Since the window tint was installed we can tell a HUGE difference in the room temperature! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Justin installed window film on all my windows. As you can see in the picture, it doesnt look like a drastic visible change, but when the sun shines, it not only cuts the glare but also does a really good at reducing the heat that comes through. He was very professional and even allowed my youngest to help out. I highly recommend him.

Justin and Sunsafe were fantastic. Wanted to get the back of the house tinted to protect our furniture and wood floors. We have shutters on several windows but also have large sliding doors with no covering (except for covered patio). Justin was able to meet me the day that I called, provided details and samples of the various products, and allowed me to mix-n-match products to get the best protection for our budget. They were able to install the tint within a week. I highly recommend Justin and Sunsafe.

I would like to highly recommend Sunsafe/Solar of San Antonio to you. We had solar window tint applied to our inside windows to help with the sun glare and heat coming into our house. We had 7 windows tinted first, then 3 weeks later we added 3 more. Instantly we noticed the difference in the sun and inside temperature. The workers at Sunsafe were very good. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after the job. I did some work on several companies and there product was superior and the price was right. Experience was positive until my TV that Ive had for a year stopped working immediately after installation of the films. On closer inspection, one of the cables to the TV that lay along the wall of windows with film installed had a couch pushed into the cable. Installer absolutely refused to take responsibility for a replacement cable, citing lack of evidence...were we supposed to keep him on video surveillance?? Clearly, he or an employee must have accidentally pushed the couch into the cable. $2K project sullied by a broken cable and unprofessional attitude. Will not be bringing Sunsafe back for the rest of our windows...thank goodness it was just a cable that was damaged and not something more significant.

Just minutes after putting the request for home window tinting into HomeAdvisor I had received a phone call from Justin with SunSafe and another gentleman from a different different company offering to come out and do a quote. Justin is a professional through and through. I went from not knowing anything about tint to knowing the three types of film that fit my needs and the benefits each had to offer. His presentation was outstanding. He came with samples of each film, he qualified me to three films that accomplished the goal I was looking to achieve and then brought out a heat lamp to demonstrate the heat reduction the films provided. I was instantly sold on him at that moment. Thats not all though! The pricing was almost $2000 less than the other quote I received and he gave me a military discount. Ive had the windows tinted almost two months now and Ive seen a decrease on my electric bill as well as the house feels cooler. Highly recommend Justin to anyone!
