Had a job done in my house and they ran out of film (1 window not finalized). They told me that due the pandemic and supply issues this was going to take a while. Well I have waited more than a year (install on August 2020) and still havent received a response. I paid them fully. I have called multiple times to try schedule or get an update, and they tell me hey I am currently doing a job and will call you in 1 hour. Well they never call back and/or dont answer my call when I try to call them back.The films they installed look good and do their intended purpose; however, given their lack of professionalism it has a lot to say about their business.I am hesitant to recommend them and sincerely waited a long time before writing this review, in an attempt to give them the benefit of doubt. Hopefully with this review they will install the last window.

We used Niche for the windows of our new house. Jonatan did an amazing and professional job not only with the installation, he provides us with the correct information. We got quotes from other companies and found the best price here. 👍🏽

Niche tinting has made a world of difference in our home. It has eliminated the glare in our den and has made the house significantly cooler. Tinting the windows was the best decision we made and our experience with Niche was great. We love it!

Niche Custom Tinting did all the windows in our home and we love it! Our house faces East and we have young trees. So almost no shade. We left the house after the tint was done to run errands for the day. Set the AC to 80 but, the house never went above 77 on a 108 degree day! Absolutely worth the price. Warning if you have a solar watch it will not charge inside the house after the tint lol. The tint is not dark like a limo. If i dont tell someone we have tinted the windows they cant even tell. The tint is slightly reflective so it offers a good amount of privacy as well. We will be getting Niche to tint the windows on our vehicles next!

Jonathan is fantastic! His quote was quick and easy, and it was WAY less than I was expecting!My family and I are so glad we made the choice to get IR tint on our home. We recently bought our dream home, it has a million beautiful windows! We couldn’t dream of covering them all with blinds or curtains. I was googling for weeks of what to do for our windows. I read a million websites and reviews and finally stumbled across a company on home advisor for a company called niche. I set up an appointment for an estimate, and the rest is history! We had every window in our home tinted. Not only does it block the view of others, we can see out, and we are not blinded by the sun! The day they came out, our ac had been down for repairs, I want you to know that the temperature inside of our house went down two degrees just from them putting on the tint! It blocks the heat and damaging sun rays!! This stuff and the folks who do it are amazing!!! I can’t say enough about how happy we are with our choice! I gave them the money for a retractable shade that was solely purchased on the guarantee that if i purchased from them theyd install it within 3 weeks, that was incorrect and once my card was charged $2600.00 I was never contacted once until I started calling them! He explained to me that this has never happened before and my situation was a rare one, I said okay cool just keep me informed in which wks went by again with no response so I called again and finally after 2 1/2 months I got my shade installed, at this point I didnt care anymore I just felt tired of being angry, they offered to tint a few of my living room windows free of charge but ran out of tint and told me theyd keep me informed once they received the necessary amount of tint to complete the job and that was back in November, havent heard anything since. for the record the shade was installed perfect, looks fantastic the customer service wasnt.

NIche has completed some work for my office space. Although initially not what was expected, they completely superseded my expectation and made it 100% right. I am very pleased with the professionalism, kindness and timing of their work! Keep up the great work!!!!

We used Niche Custom Tinting for our office window tinting. The quality of the work done was great! I would use them again. The only criticism that I have is that when they moved things away from the wall to apply the tint, they didnt put it back in place.

Jonathan is such a hard worker! He did the graphics for our office and they turned out amazing! Also installed a couple roller shades and it has drastically cut the heat down in the office!
