I have to say few business today can do what Window Source did. First off. Sales person was very professional and knowledgeable. It did take awhile for windows to come in, but that is no fault of the company. Installation was very professional and prompt. The windows are great quality and they repaired issues during installation with no problems. They have earned my upmost respect. I hope more people consider Window Source. You will not be disappointed. Thx you again for a job well done.

Follow Up Review: After reading my review, two employees of The Window Source showed up at my home and we talked about my concerns. They first apologized for the miscommunication and they also explained to me some of the issues that were due in part to the manufacturer. They cleaned up the windows from the outside and made them look better. I thank them for that.Original review: Wish I had as good of an experience with The WIndow Source as the other reviewers have had. The pricing was fair and the breakdown of everything was nicely presented by Anthony. After a long wait for the windows because of the covid situation, we finally had our windows done. But after the contractors left, no follow up or no inspection was done after that. And I have given them a great amount of time for that. I felt like the windows themselves were not the best quality. Some windows had some bad scuff marks and some windows have some poor quality fused corners. From the inside, they look nice! But from the outside, not so much.

The only downside looking at our own before and after photos is we now realize how bad we need to pressure wash our house! LOL The new windows are a great improvement to the house giving it a much more stylish and modern look!We dont normally write reviews but felt they more than deserved it! The Window Source design consultants were experienced in design, even super imposing a 10 ft door to allow me a preview of their product. When their installers came in they were extremely professional, in no time they had taken down the door and installed the new door, sweeping and cleaning. Anthony came to our home to demonstrate the windows for us. I cant say enough about how amazing he was; we met with 4 different window companies and the representatives came across as the stereotypical salesperson - yuck! Anthonys visit, however, felt like we were having a friend over for a nice chat! He even pet and talked to our precious fur babies! After his visit, when I had questions, he got back to me right away with the answers. If you have this company come out, do yourself a favor and ask for ANTHONY! Furthermore, you absolutely cant beat the price of the windows; we were shocked by how low our quote was!

BUYER BEWARE! We purchased new windows from Window Source about a year ago and everything was great. Two windows gave us issues and they came out to replace them. Keep reading.....The person that installed our 2 windows broke our blind, the window does not stay open in an upright position,the window does not lock and they never called us back for a follow up. This is unacceptable with the amount of money that was wasted on these windows. The sales people will promise you the world, but after your windows are installed, Good Luck! My wife and I are both military and we do not have time for them to keep coming back to fix windows. I will keep you updated on this outcome. I will call them tomorrow,Saturday March 13,2021. Lets see how responsive they will be to their mess up. Sales director Anthony Came out and gave an excellent and informative presentation. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns I had regarding my window project. Their office manager Joseph was very professional and communicated very well throughout the process. He could call with weekly updates regarding our windows and was able to set up a installation date according to my business schedule. After the job was completed, Moses the owner came by to personally check the job. I’m very impressed with how well they handled everything from start to finish! 1. The windows are amazing. I really love the view that we now have outside, The windows seem to have a tint that cuts down on sunlight just a bit which is great since I have some windows that are in full sun. And when you stand outside they have a reflective look where seeing inside is diminished. I would compare the windows to like wearing sunglasses.2. The installers were professional and did the work quickly with minimum disruption as we are all working remotely from home.3. I was disappointed with the fit of windows though. My son called me to his room to show me how there was a gap between frame and replacement window. It was about a 1/4 of an inch around all sides. While there was about 1/8 foam insulation that surrounded window it left a small gap for air to travel. There was caulking done outside and inside but with that much air space I would have preferred maybe some low expanding foam or perhaps the measurements to be a little more exact to fit window properly. Unfortunately, this was one of the last windows installed so I wasnt able to see how windows fit in other rooms.4. Lastly, communication could have been a better. I received phone call that someone would reach me at end of week for installation date. End of week came and no one called. When I called no one answered so i left a message. I received a phone call later that day and told me that order had not been received and someone would get back to me next week by Wednesday. Wednesday came around and no one called so I was forced to call them again. Again no one answered so I left a message. Finally someone returned my call to let me know when to expect installation. A couple of weeks later I was told that that installation date was being pushed back another week.Ive had windows installed from Lowes and Window World so I had a certain expectation of what should happen and this experience fell short. Which is really a shame because I really like the windows and would have like to have a patio door installed.- Ron Perez

They did a great job with my new windows. It’s a lot cooler in my home now that I don’t feel the heat from the windows. The only thing I was disappointed was that I didn’t know there was an option for grids. My husband was home for the consultation and didn’t tell me the options we had. But that’s not their fault but I would have preferred to have grids. They did a great job though. All my windows were replaced in a matter of hours.

2021 update. After the horrific winter storm, I appreciate these windows even more. Our home temp never dropped below 60 degrees even when the power was out for many hours. The windows made the difference. Every home needs these. We were very pleased with our windows. Moses and his crew did a great job. We can really tell the difference, it is a worthwhile investment. The temperature outside has dropped into the 50s overnight. Our house is still warm inside, no cold air coming in at all. I highly recommend The Window Source. Best decision we ever made for our 60 year old home.House had original single-pane super thin glass windows.We ended up getting 17 new windows, including a huge custom sized picture window with sliding windows on either side of it AND a new sliding patio door, for THOUSANDS LESS than any of the other 6 estimates we had gotten from others.Initial home consultation was quick, precise and to the point... we had our complete estimate before they left and needless to say, after talking with them and reading previous reviews... our decision was made.Almost exactly 3 weeks to the day the windows arrived and they were scheduled to be installed two days later. The sun sets on my bedroom windows, I used to have aluminum single pane windows that the heat would just shoot through. I had blinds, shades and curtains and it would still get hot in my room. I finally decided to get my windows replaced so I can cut down on the heat. It was better then I expected it to be!
