Steve Rico is the best kind of agent - responsive, professional, knows his stuff, and is just terrific at what he does. He helped me purchase two places in San Antonio about five years ago. When I was ready to sell, he was my first call. I live out of state, so Steve handled absolutely everything so I didnt have to fly to Texas. His connections with contractors saved me a ton of money on prepping my house for sale, and when the property went on the market, he got me multiple offers the first weekend it was on the market. My house sold for about $25k over what I thought was possible, and Steve was on point throughout the process with the paperwork and the negotiations.
