Rented water slide for first time...they do all the work..kids had a blast nice man mr drago is. Be sure to let him know age groups party is for because he even has for adults.

I wish I had the option of not selecting any stars. Horrible customer service. The day of my daughters party i was told one of the moon bounces i rented was damaged. A damaged mismatched was given with no discount and then one if the water slide attachments had a hole with meant the kids could not use it because it kept deflating. A day later after giving them a chance to make it right and redeem their business ethics i get a message blaming us for the damages done to the raggedy equipment. Never rent from here again.

Used Dragos for over 5 years. Usually rent moon bounces and get personalized pinatas. I like them for moon bounces because they arent quick to pick them up. You just let them know and Im sure theyll work with you. Super quick and on time. Have used their centerpieces also. Not many places offer what they have and again, they can personalize. You let them know your theme and color scheme and they can probably make it work. Really good pricing. A little bit of a drive but its near a relative so not too inconvenient for me.Theyre quick to reply also, which is a plus! Look for them on Facebook to see what they offer!

Rented a moonwalk and purchased a Piniata was happy about Pinita but the moonwalk arrived torn from the side netting of the moonwalk. I figured it was a one time thing. So i had another function again on April 2021 and again same issue. If you want to rent damaged moonwalks Drago is the place to go. The owner didnt have a resolution or even offer a discount, since this was the 2nd time. I even explained my concern prior to rental and all he explained that that it came back like that from maintenance. Again was hoping to use them as a long term vendor but I would not recommend to anyone.

Reserved the $200 package with the water slide 3 tables and 18 chairs. My dad also got the same package the day before at his home. It worked out great all together. My daughter had a great Birthday thanks to them. I loved that we called last minute and for 2 parties and they took care of us no problem.

Love, love, love renting moon bounces from this place! We’ve been renting from them for years and many more to come :) not only that the people there are so sweet.

I was very surprised when I came into this place, I didnt knw there was a place for kids to play indoors - I mean what ur going to spend at MC Ds $20 and up with the small lil play area, no this place will make ur kids crazy tired when they go back home. I recommend this place to All parents who have lil ones to even teens. They have a huge area for the kids and and movie room, and for teens theres a room with 4/5 tvs to plays xbox system, PlayStation, and wit the Wii . I can bring ur kids during the week or reserved a spot for b-days, or even kids day out .Well go chk it out. Or call . oh btw how I found out about this place because I had a package 📦 delivered by WISH.
