The staff from Freedom Fun USA were very helpful and generous. They were willing to work with me on the return of their gear,.to which the children had a blast dodging around and through the obstacles they provided. Their equipment was in really good shape and they willingly provided all items necessary to ensure the course was a success

We rented an 18 movie screen, from Freedom Fun, for my daughters Sweet 16 and the experience was fantastic! For the size that we wanted their pricing was competitive. When they delivered the equipment the two gentlemen were very respectful and efficient. They answered all my questions and taught me how to use the equipment, since it was being left over night. Never having rented anything like that before I wasnt sure what to expect but I was blown away by the quality of all the sound and video equipment! Even before the decision was made who to go with they were very responsive via text and email. If youre looking for any party equipment I highly recommend Freedom Fun!

I rented the DYI foam machine from Freedom Fun SA and it was the highlight of the party. From the time I picked up till the time I dropped off, the customer service was awesome. I would definitely rent again and recommend this company.

So happy to have found Freedom Fun SA! So many great unique options for backyard parties, no more regular boring jumping inflatables for our events! We got the laser tag which you can play during the day and evening! It had great sound effects, easy setup, comes with obstacle courses and both adults and kids had so much fun. Their website shows different laser games you can play rather than just team elimination so we were able to get creative and strategize! At a regular laser tag venue it always feels like your rushed and dont get to enjoy it as much. Having it at your house and overnight, you can take breaks and change games! We also got the VRs, the regular and the pro, and that made it feel like we were in Six flags! Roller coaster rides, dancing games, all kids and adults were having so much fun playing it and watching each others reactions to it. The owners are professional and a joy to work with. They were timely and answered all our questions thoroughly. All the kids and adults who attend kept saying that this was the best party they ever went toIf youre tired of the normal inflatables that everyone always has at your next event, I highly recommend Freedom Fun San Antonio for a fun and exciting adventure that will have both kids and adults talking about it for years to come!

We had an outdoor movie night at our school so we rented the 25 foot screen. The entire process seamless and stress free! I was in constant contact with our rep, who was amazing! We even had to reschedule due weather and they went above and beyond to make sure we found a day that worked everyone involved. Juan who came to set up was awesome as well. Everything went off without a hitch! We will definitely be using Freedom Fun again!

In the words of my 8 year old son, “This was the best the best birthday party ever!” The kids enjoyed it so much and the adults loved it just as much! It was the perfect family celebration! Now, as far as service, this family is the sweetest! They were so professional and courteous and I couldn’t have received a more positive experience. I found them on a google search and just went for the first one that came up. For being the first time dealing with someone it was better than any experience I’ve had dealing with a big company. The process to rent was easy and set up was a breeze. We had a small backyard to work with so I was nervous it wouldn’t work but it was perfect. I will definitely rent from them again! The kids had a lot of fun with the nerf gun battle. The pick up and set up was very easy and the team provides you with everything you need. I would recommend this for children ages 8 and up given the skills you need to use the guns and reload them.

Used Freedom Fun for a drive-in event with my organization at Texas State University. They were super early to our event, willing to stop and start movie when needed, and overall made things a lot easier on me! Elaine was great at communicating with me and making me aware of how/when things would be set up and answering questions about costs.

I recently rented a bounce house from Freedom Fun USA And it was literally the best service I have received since I have been stationed here in San Antonio. Elaine was my customer service representative and she was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout my entire experience. Freedom Fun San Antonio was a great decision for our family. We are so thankful to have come across their business. We reserved the laser tag for a small, 4 child birthday party and the kids had a blast. It was helpful that they provided a shop vac for the blow up barricades, speaker for the music, clean and operable equipment, and thorough explanations on use of the equipment. I wanted to let you know what an amazing time our community had last night. Nathaniel and Juan were amazing even with the obstacles they had to over come that night with the wind. They maintained such calm and professionalism to get the job done and the screen up.They did run into an issue with the FM transmitter and were not able to utilize it for our event but we’re able to over come that as well.Other than that y’all were great and we hope to use y’all again for some future events as this may be the norm for our community to get together for now.

Our set up was 45 screen, sound system, generators.The staff was awesome and friendly, they had as much fun as we did.Set up was a bother, the inflatable screen needed an additional blower that the crew didnt have. With the blower abd the unexpected wind, the showing was delayed an hour. Overall great experience
