My dad doesnt get around to well and his car needed a new registration sticker so I took it here for him to get inspected. Pulled into the instructed bay and they asked for the insurance first thing. Pulling it up on my phone, I realized my dad had sent me the wrong insurance card, so I called him real quick and asked him to text me the correct one, which wasnt a problem. At least I thought it wasnt... Instead of just getting on with the inspection while I waited two minutes for the correct insurance card to be texted to me, they wanted me to pull through and go around to the back of the line. I wasnt doing that, so I left and went to Take 5 Oil Change instead, where they completed the inspection in less than 5 minutes and didnt even ask to see the insurance until the very end. Turned out to be the easiest, most worry free inspection Ive ever had, cant say the same for Kwik Kar Lube & Tune, unfortunately.

Customer friendly, very professional and very clean work areas. Cost for service is very reasonable.

I spoke with a woman on the phone, whose name I did not catch. I tried asking her questions about state inspections and her customer service skills via phone were not good. I felt she was very rude and did not help to problem-solve the situation, rather tried kicking me off the phone asap. She also said that utility bills and updated addresses on DLs were needed to prove residency in SA were needed for inspections. These were not requirements I had to show or prove when I passed my inspections in Bexar county the passed 2 years.

I had my truck inspected at this location and the whole experience was positive from the beginning to the end ; the manager and crew were fast and efficient, even after done I had the curiosity on ball joints replacement cost and Mngr was able to answer my question in less than a minute 💯I only paid $7 for the inspection and there was no hidden tricky fees

Horrible....if you want to fill like a outcast go here without a mask .. they will make you sit outside in the heat..even if you are vaccinated.but you can go inside when its time for them to get paid.will not be back..

Horrible experience worker would not speak clearly and when pulled up they were rude and unprofessional. I ask for a state inspection, I was ask to get out of the car and wait outside on a 90F weather. I was never told what was gonna be checked on my truck and was not told they were gonna enter my truck move my truck or that I was gonna be charged if my truck did not pass the inspection. Never ever coming back and never recommending this place to NO ONE

Super fast and friendly service. They dont try to rip you off by offering services not needed at the time I go in. All the techs are clean or just a bit dirty, not like junkyard worker dirty. The location area and the building itself is clean and organized, building itself isnt falling apart, unlike the other lube places Ive been to that are dirty and have trash overflowing. Overall great experience and will definitely be coming back in for my future services!

We stopped right after they closed. Our car was over heating and it was me my friends and her little boy. Its 103 outside. The jackass inside refused to let us get water in the radiator. He said no way go somewhere else. I mean really??!!?? Couldnt let us just put some water in to make it home? What a way to gain customers.

I am so disappointed. I went in 12/31 for a quick state inspection, only to come back in my car for it to reek like cigarettes. I am appalled, I refuse to come back. Were your employees smoking in my car? Not cool. Happy New Years, huh?

Cheaper than Jiffy Lube with better service. Ive gone to this place off and on for years and have never been disappointed. They are skilled and courteous whether youre getting an oil change or replacing your rotors. They also are honest enough to tell you when you dont need something done on your car- and that is hard to find. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service, the older guy is just rude! The guy (I hope that is not the owner) did not want to take my insurance proof, had to go to Express Lube (They do for the same price, with a friendly staff). Also when I was trying to explain to him that my insurance company does not send the papers cards anymore (if you are paperless), he just turned his back on me, and told me to leave.

I went to the location for my car to be inspected to get my registration. The mechanic was unable to remove the light plate to change the brake light bulb. I had to go to another location to get the plate removed. Since Id already paid for a failed inspection, I had to go back for the inspection to pass. After the bulb was changed the car passed.
