I chose a small business mechanic because I think they value their customer base more than the shop mechanics. Big Ts was exactly who Id hope they would be. He was honest and forthcoming. A big plus. He spoke to me throughout the process of him going over my riding lawnmower. In the end, he called me to say the machine would be a lot more than I expected and costly. He told me that I could find a newer machine than the one that I had for the same cost it would take me to fix mine. He even sent me a listing on one that Im now trying to purchase.
