Literally recommend this place to all my friends! I love this gym and the coaches and staff so much. They incorporate physical therapy in the warm-ups and have taught me how to be smart with the movements, helping accelerate my fitness, learn new skills like kipping pull-ups and handstand walks, and stay safe from injuries - they are amazing!
I am having the time of my fitness life right now at the age of 45, partly due to meeting these guys. I found the knowledge here was easy to connect with. I believe novice or pro, it is a must try.
I have learned functional exercise through the teachings of the Dr. Donna and the coaching staff. I no longer have knee pain from my ACL replacement, because I was taught how to squat properly! This is a gym that my whole family comes to and is filled with amazing coaches and a very friendly atmosphere.

My good friend brought me here to try out crossfit and I was a little nervous because It had been awhile and I had 2 kids. But donna and bryan are so patient and I love that they modify workouts to best fit me! There progam is for EVERYONE. The coaches are just as awesome they will be teaching the class and watching making sure everyone is doing the workout safely.
Came here to lose weight fast. I have a vacation in May I need to get ready for and already, 2 weeks in, I have seen a change in how my clothes fit me.I work and go to school at night, so Ive inadvertently gained some weight this past year.I go to the 6am class and at first it was hard to get out of bed, but once Im at the the gym, the rest of the day is more productive, I have more focus and, seeing the changes in my body so quickly, gives me more confidence.Plus, I sleep in on the weekends. It all balances out.The coaching is great! The classes I go to are always a smaller group. I practically get one on one training from the owner, who is a beast!He has the heart of a teacher, has a kind spirit, and is tough on making sure Im doing the correct form.There are all ranges of experienced students there.Expect to be very soar the first week if you havent worked out in a while, but push through it! Dont forget to stretch.

The staff and clientele are super friendly, plan to walk out of your first class with a bevy of new friends. If you are just starting an exercise plan, C/S is the place to go. The gym focuses on proper movement patterns rather than just lifting as much weight as possible, so the clientele stays healthy and happy.If you come in, dont be shy just say hello to the people around you and get ready to put in some work!
C/S is a great gym and community, I would recommend this gym to anyone just starting out with crossfit or someone with years of experience. C/S has an amazing coaching staff that will work with you and making sure you get the most out of your workouts! If you get a chance, I would recommend dropping in!!
I joined crossfit to be healthy and lose weight. I found the perfect place to do that at Crossfit C/S. People are super friendly and helpful. I dont feel intimidated. I would recommend this gym without any doubt. (You know a place is good when you feel compelled to write a good review without anyone asking you to)
This has to be the best box in town. The coaches really care about you and know how to teach to your level.
Get away from the big mega-box and come get excellent coaching and fun atmosphere.
The best Crossfit gym in San Antonio, there are plenty gyms closer to where I live, C/S Crossfit is a good 30 minute drive from my house, and its definitely worth the drive.
