Absolute Rentals was fantastic for our baby shower. They had tables that fit perfectly in the space we provided and the linens were the perfect color! Chairs were comfy and we had plenty of seating for all of our guests!

I was very pleased with the customer service. Cyndi was very nice and very helpful. Ordering was super easy and online payment was convenient. I will highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

Absolute Rentals was extremely professional, and made the biggest difference on our big day! They were very prompt with their responses, and even made an extra effort to add items to my order last minute. Their rentals were all in great shape, and looked exactly like the pictures online. When the tables, chairs, and linens were delivered, the driver was on time, very polite, and worked with us to drop them off where we needed them. I cannot say enough great things about this company. I will definitely be using them again for other events!

I really appreciate Absolute Rentals. Cindy (spelling?) was super sweet and helpful on the phone. Definitely a beautiful tent set up, chairs were great, dance floor worked well, and overall just a really smooth process. The only complaints I have is that the timeline for the setup/pick up changed (we had planned our rehearsal based on the fact that the set up would be a Wednesday and they wanted to change it to the Thursday). Also some things werent communicated regarding the linens and I had to remind several times about the color/etc. Overall VERY satisfied and I think the company did a great job! Just need to be more diligent in the future on taking notes for orders/specifics & communication.

Called for very last minute table and chair rental. From the time I called him in the morning they were able to deliver tables and chairs within an hour for my event. They have great customer service and will be using them for all my rental needs. I highly recommend.

I used absolute Rentals for my Wedding and they were great. Their customer service was very nice. I do not remember her name but it was a very sweet lady. She helped me out a lot. I will be using them again for future events. As of right now my friend asked me for the name of the company I used for my wedding because she liked the chairs and tables I used.

I shopped around to three to five places to rent items for my wedding and was glad I went with Absolute. I stopped by their office on the West Side and Tamara was very personable and friendly, showing me their inventory. She explained how their dance floor panels are supposed to be indoor use only, but how they had some older scuffed ones we could rent for our patio reception, solving my problem. The prices were very competitive and they had a 10% first-time customer discount. Also, unlike other companies, they didnt require a deposit to hold a tent in case of inclement weather; just had to book it and cancel if I didnt need it. They delivered all the way to our venue on the extreme southeast side of 1604 and picked up on time. Completely hassle-free experience for a great price. Im not one that says yes very often to the Would you recommend us? surveys, but for party rentals I would actually recommend Absolute. I was completely satisfied. Thanks for contributing to our special day.

I had a wonderful experience using Absolute Rentals. They have excellent prices and work with you right up to the last minute. Their delivery people were courteous and followed directions perfectly even though I had to be off site.

The people were nice and helpful in getting linens for our event. We needed some extra table covers at the last minute and they were able to get everything we needed and even loaded it in the truck for us when we picked up.

Horrible company. They dont get back to you in a timely manner or honor your reservation once placed. Rental equipment is dirty and old. Delivery was not on time and at pick-up they showed up unannounced. Just stay away. Read the full review on Yelp.
