Excellent service and prompt response. I was looking to rent round tables with chairs, called two other places before left messages and never got a call back. When I call EZ-2Jump they answer the phone right away and were very nice I make the reservation. Every time you call them they respond very fast. Very flexible they let me pick up the tables the night before my event which it was awesome. Really recommend this party rental business.

Al (owner) installed moonwalk in our backyard for my son’s 1st bday this past Saturday. He also brought 3 tables and 36 chairs. I am extremely impressed with his professionalism, promptness, and overall quality of service. He wore his company’s shirt and provided real invoice/receipt. Our backyard grass is in terrible condition and I was getting nervous that kids would be running with muddy/dirty feet from backyard to inside house so I asked if he had tarp...he covered our entire backyard with tarp. He let us use the moonwalk until he were finished and told me to call him when done so he could pick up. The moonwalk itself was perfect, the chairs and tables were spotless white, and when everything was done, he came and picked everything up quietly and quickly. Will definitely use this company again for next bday!

Originally we called a different company and set up a package for my daughters party for noon on Sunday, noon came and went and hadnt heard from the company. They evidently had a truck break down but didnt bother to call me. I called EZ-2 Jump on the off chance they could help, they delivered a bounce house, tables and chairs within the hour. The kids at the party had a great time, and the customer service with EZ-2 Jump was great. The bounce house was brand new (which was a plus), and price was reasonable even at last minute. I will be using this service from now on.

I called to rent some tables for my garage sale. The lady who answered the phone was very rude. She was snappy and snarky and she obviously didnt want my business. I told her I wanted to pick the tables up the night before and she snapped Well, youll be charged for two days. Um.. OK?! I was expecting that! I will take my money some place with better customer service.

Over the years weve rented moonwalks, tables & chairs, and even margarita machines and each time everyone is great to work with even with last minute requests. Delivery is on-time, every time, and even when we had a little issue, they came out right away to help us get things working again (none of the guests even knew the machine cut off--it was out fault for having too many items plugged in to one circuit).

Definitely will recommend company to family & friends, also will use EZ Jump in the future.Thank youEZ Jump

Lady was rude and cold. Didnt even wait for me to get into my car before she pulled down the gate to close the shop. Would never recommend anyone to the decrepit woman.
