What was originally supposed to be a 7 day delivery turned to 14. My pallet was re-wrapped ....who knows why.... But the delivery guy was great! Made sure I had everything and it wasnt damaged as I inventories it all.

Hadnt recieved my shipment after 3 weeks. Called and left voicemails and still never got a response back. Driver was friendly when I finally got it delivered

If I could give the driver rick a lower grade I would. So disrespectful. He dropped the freight in a parking spot. He had it on a pallet jack. I asked him to place it under the awning. (sprinkling)It would have taken him 1min or less.His excuse was that he had other deliveries. Cant waste his time.I was so disappointed. Never have had a driver not take care of customers. I called the sender on the lousy service. There are other shipping companies. The supervisor Bobby was very nice and apologized for the service. Drivers need to understand they represents a owner and all the people that have jobs.

DO NOT USE FOR URGENT SHIPMENTS! We paid a significant amount for a Time Critical guaranteed shipment. Apparently the guarantee is the equivalent of toilet paper for YRC. Theyll take your money and do whatever they want, whenever they want.Our guaranteed shipment was supposed to arrive on Monday and its still not here on Wednesday. Typical excuses of were too busy and we got all the shipments from another terminal. All these trucking companies are the same garbage. Not a single one can consistently deliver on-time and damage-free. Even the USPSs performance is infinitely better, and thats truly sad. Hopefully one day all these trucking companies will go bankrupt by a competitor that can just do their job.

Terrible shipping company. They make a mistake on a load and turn a 3 day shipment into a 12 day delivery and when you talk to them on the phone its like they blame you for them being late

Continually delay my shipment with no reason. Was tracked in Austin near my delivery area now for some reason it’s in San Antonio the complete wrong direction going on a week over due and saying that it’ll take 4-5 more days to get here? You can truck across the US under that time, but 1.5 hour drive takes 4-5 days

Heard good things about them

He knocked on my door only after they left my shipment lengthwise in my driveway, blocking my car. He refused to move it when I offered to open the garage door so it could be moved out of the way. That left me to move multiple heavy boxes labeled “team lift” by myself. They could at least ring the doorbell prior to unloading to ask a customer preference, or at least not block people in.

Really if I could give a lower rating it would, it took a long time for my package to arrive, approximately 9 days after the scheduled date, I had to be calling to put pressure and when they finally delivered it, they just threw it into my yard, my product was broken, the box arrived totally a disaster broken, open crooked it seemed as if it had been taken out of the trash, totally disappointed
