Over the 6 years tenure under Pat O’Docharty we realized that he has created unhealthy work environment.He created a culture of fear and intimidation. Drivers were afraid to speak up, speak out, knowing that if they did, they would be targeted for dismissal. I would describe our experience of his leadership as bipolar, tyrannical and toxic.
