If I could give zero stars I would! My child needs to see a therapist. Our therapist was on a list I received from our EAP department. The therapist isnt the problem. Its the office she works out of! I have called now 6 times with zero callback for a follow up appointment. The only reason we didnt make an appointment when we left then1st session was because the receptionist was gone to lunch and there is no back up person in this office.The zero professionalism this office has is intolerable. You either need more staff or someone who does a better job of returning phone calls!We will now search for a new therapist that wants our business.

I have been seeing Ms. Warren for a couple of years now. I have lifelong problems that will never go away but she has helped me learn to deal with it daily. I cannot say enough positive things about her. There are a number of counselors and social workers there. If one doesnt work for you, try someone else, they understand not all personalities work together.

I was the one who was being seen here first. I saw Mrs. Leslie and she is so chill and easy to talk to. Never overly pushes but challenges at times. Then later my 12yr old was seriously suffering with some anxiety and depression. Big stuff in our life this year, big. She asked me if she could talk to Leslie too. She loves her and gets really happy to chat with her. She has helped her so much and I thank you Leslie for being there for my daughter and I. You may never know how much you have helped our family. People always want to post if its a complaint. Well we have none, this a place that makes you feel relaxed and like your talking to a friend. ;) nobody asked me to post, I just saw the negativity and wanted to post my view too. This place is a joke they do Medicaid and Medicare fraud. Also they let the psychos behind the doors when no one is there but your. I worked here for two weeks and they are refusing to give me my paycheck. It is family owned and they dont even have computers in this place. Brenda front receptionist dont know what she is doing and they have her training your. She does not give you information needed. And shes stuck up.. The providers are always behind you and HIPPA IS ALWAYS VIOLATED IN THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS.

Larry Barton worked with my son for 5 months allowing him to play video games during the sessions which is the one activity I frowned upon because my son was obsessed with it. After paying out of pocket for 3 sessions per week, Larry had the audacity to diagnose my son with Autism. Really? Duhhhhh... My son was diagnosed with Autism since he was 18 mos. Had Larry just taken the time to read my sons medical records, he wouldnt have embarrassed himself or lost his client.

Awful awful awful. Larry Barton, my counselor, was condescending and everything was MY fault. He also pushes religion on you. Finally, he saw me one last time and at the end of the hour said that he wouldnt be seeing me anymore because he wasnt taking my insurance anymore. Also, sitting in the waiting room with the bratty children is awful. Stay away. Totally unprofessional.

They work to improve intensely difficult situations. They serve needy families with wisdom and courage.

One sided, interrupeted constantly, contentious, rude can not begin to describe the doctor.
