I was very excited to try this place! But this place IS NOT military friendly at all!!! When I scheduled my first appointment they said they needed 5 days to verify insurance. Ok I understand, I let them know I need to be seen soon but I understand. They call me less than 2 hours before my appointment and say there was a problem verifying I had insurance. Ok? I really needed this appointment but couldn’t afford to pay full price. When asked why I am being notified so late, she said sorry I’m not sure. So we rescheduled another week. I bet you can guess what happened! Here comes my appointment day and they call me less than 2 hours before my appointment to cancel again for no referral. A referral isn’t needed for active duty dependents and working in referral management offices for 2 different bases I tried to educate them. They didn’t care. I said I really need this appointment, with their condescending sorry. They refused to call tricare to verify no referral needed. I did not waste my time scheduling another appointment . They are not a military friendly company! Do not use them.
Dr. Elias has been such a big help in my life with my therapy sessions. It was my first time getting counseling and she really made me feel so comfortable with the whole process. I would recommend her to anyone!
My therapist is helping me work toward greater emotional health and wellness. I am grateful for the opportunity to improve.
Dr. Elias was compassionate and understanding and went through the process of trying to understand my concerns in a serious and caring manner.
Karen Rudd is phenomenal.
Shawna Corley, do not use.
