Pretty good help and got me a job same day

They told me to go in to the office to fill out an application (I did this.) Then when I was finished they wanted me to fill out my W4, bank info and this was all before The interview. I raised concerns about filling in my personal banking info but told her I would give my information for a background check. Then she tells me, “this is how we do it here.” I told the lady I don’t feel comfortable doing this. She told me it’s so that you don’t have to come in again to fill out this information. I said, “no problem, once I get the job I can come back in.” I didn’t even get to fill out my information for a background check. She just gave me her card and said she would forwarding my resume to the employer.Under no circumstances should anyone be forced to give out their PERSONAL banking information before they go to an interview or are hired. Extremely unprofessional. By the way I think it’s strange they want you to go in an fill out an ONLINE application in the office. Especially when COVID is running amok

Did not like this agency. Cheryl is unprofessional. She treats the temporaries very bad, like trash. She thinks shes more important than she is. So does Janice. They should be fired.

I was updating my personal info and I needed help with the entry section.So I walked away from the terminal to ask for help and some staffing person addressed my question briefly. I walked back to the terminal and she immediately began to berate me as with a bad attitude. I repeated my request for help to finish the updateand she continued her verbal assault.I walked away to leave and she kept after me. I told her she didnt respect senior citizens. I told her she wasted my time.Her claim to her clients told me her main concern is not employees but money.One star. They contacted me and wasted my valuable time.

No help what so ever. Found me a job far from home and only to call me back and say I could no longer go for that job but will call me if a different job opened and they never called back. Advantage bank is more helpful than them.

Was offered a job as soon as I finished the paperwork. Worked that same night. No complaints so far. Making good money as well.

Very unprofessional in every sense of the word. The Staff is there to collect a paycheck and not at all concerned about making a difference in a persons work life. The only person that made a difference is no longer there. Job seekers please turn around and find a better staffing agency or waste your time.

Unprofessional. They talk about you like youre not even there. I thought their job was to help people find work, not gossip on who to help or not.. I believe her name was Valerie. Speak to anyone but her.. I think she jumped from one staffing to another.. No thanks

These people set me up with a job only to call the day before I start and say that the company doesnt need people right nowShouldnt you have checked that in the beginning? Now I have to go beg for my old job back smh. Horrible and a waste of time

Completely unprofessional. They lined me up with a job that was completely beneath my skill set for $9.75/hr AND THEN expected me to clean toilets on top of my regular duties. Now Im not above doing anything to provide for my family, but after six years in the The United States Army (scrubbed plenty of toilets there), three deployments and a college education, I figured I left my toilet scrubbing days behind me. I have an empecable resume with many commendations from superior officers, yet according to Mrs. Nikki Lightfoot (Who claims that she has 10 years of college under her belt, yet holds an office job at a mediocre staffing company) all employees on all outgoing jobs from select staff are required to clean toilets. She assured me that this was the norm. Ive worked for other PROFESSIONAL staffing companies and never once had to touch a urinal or clean someone elses fecal matter from a toilet. Mrs. Lightfoot then proceeded to belittle me by making the disengenious assertion that even though she is a ten year college graduate, she is still expected to wash all the dishes at her staffing company. Now I wasnt aware that staffing companies had such an accumulation of dishes.So if you want sub-par pay from sub-par employers(select-staff) to do menial tasks and then clean a toilet, go ahead and choose select-staff. But if you want professionalism with good pay and a job that is more alligned with your skill set, then I suggest you seek employment elsewhere.(Almost any other staffing company other than select-staff)
