Receptionist very helpful. Sick looking clients. One man left saying he needed to go back to the hospital. I sprayed myself with Lysol when I got home.

Very strange. The lady behind the counter seemed quite bothered that I was there. Seemed as though she wasn’t in the mood to answer questions or provide guidance but rather wanted to rush me through the process. Not a great feeling. Not sure exactly what I was expecting but before she would even tell me what sorts of jobs they had available she kept insisting that I register and “apply” with them. I just went to a different agency ( Reliable staffing) right before this one and they went over what they had available whether it was daily, weekly, temp to hire or etc. I think this place could do much better.

I have never been to an agency where the treatment is lousy. From my own experience I do not return and I do not recommend that you look for work there. The girl in the hall like she wanted to give me a job for $ 9 an hour and I didnt grab it and insisted on another with more pay. She gave me the wrong address of the place which I couldnt get to. This place is horrible. Work here at your own risk. These people dont even have a working bathroom for their employees. This should tell you red flag immediately. My guess is, they have a bathroom just for their staff. Do they think theyre better than the people they put to work for $8 an hour, while pocketing the same 8 after overheads? Then she stated to me, you cant even fill out the application without your I.D. card in my possession! Its 2020 almost labor max, Ive worked at an agency where all of my info was taken electronically. WARNING, go to remedy staffing, whether youre an employee needing work, or a client in search of employees. This place only sees dollar signs. REMEDY or AEROTEK is the best of San Antonio! Honestly, staffing agencies like this is good for the community. Thing is you gotta work! I had my wife and daughter work with me at Good Heart and we had some extra spending cash. When they couldnt work, I was sent to Construction sites and every site I went to, I was offered a permanent spot. Mainly because of the work ethic. Be greatful for the opportunities in front of you. Sometimes its the only option people have.

Not a bad place at all. Its just that they pay WAY to little! Most jobs pay is so bad that theres no way you can survive. My suggestion is to continue looking for a full-time job while working at this place, until you find that job just work there to make a little extra money. But thats about all its good for.

Lets be honest, this is a great service for this community. Nothing but straight forward work made easy. No excuses!

I am here right now and the system is down . The employee said they will be right with me but she is just standing there talking and joking with her coworker. I hope she doesnt make me wait this whole time as the only person in the lobby only to tell me that they cant help me right now.She did lol damn.

I was let go today after working for them as a temp labor worker for 6 months, Im so glad because I wanted to quit anyhow they only works they offer is for best low paying slave labor work sites as construction clean up mostly and dead end jobs only pays $8-10 and $10 temp to hire if lucky, dealing with older workers that isnt physical capable enough to do task that day efficiently, and (also difficult supervisor on different job sites that doesnt take credibility for the rude actions, to save face or cover themselves by writing simple long email, or not always answering their cel phones when in route to job locations at work sites because they have a super ego, and controlling, condescending attitudes they think we should be grateful to work for being disrespectful only 8 maybe 9 dollars an hour if that (I had too much respect for myself be disrespected and not talk as an adult with some sites supervisors that is incompetent communication that cant talk to people properly who is egotistical explaining the task or how to do a job that day). Yeah, the only I like there was the daily pay other than that I hated being there, I didnt like being in the lobby at long periods of time because they were some trashy people, with bad hygiene, with felonies, alcoholics and people parole that just got out prison or on parole. They offices people expects someone with a vehicle to give these pathetic workers with no car a ride that we dont even know at all putting us at risk for theft or harm, spelling up some property. This place genuine doesnt care for their workers, unless they call you for assigned for a work sites when they are short of people or those doesnt have reliable transportation, they will pretend to listen your story but really it just assemble line to get as many people out as possible so they can make a tax profit on each individual then leave you the rest to pay you. The only consistent work they have throughout that pays really low is (Fresh from Texas site) which is 39 degrees very cold, dirty facility like the restrooms especially, NO 15 breaks literally ONLY one 45 minute lunch, standing for 5-6 hours straight, only mostly immigrants work there with the superiors on the flow cant speak proper English. However, I had an okay relationship with the office people at LaborMax that is consist of two Hispanic two males and all Hispanic females one that is white-worker at the front desk, until morning but NO future with them, with this company or other temp company as a white collar job being an mixed African-American male with a two-college degrees a B.A./MBA, being a former Socal resident/native what can I expect in this non-progressive city. Lastly the only decent clean place is Ace Mart warehouse in S.A. Schertz area but the problem is there isnt only work everyday at that location. Only regret, I have is that I didnt leave this place sooner on better terms. PLEASE ANYHOW ONE WITH SOME SENSE DONT WORK HERE THERE ARE OTHER TEMP COMPANIES OUT THERE Or YALL JUST BETTER OFF APPLYING DIRECTLY FOR FULL-TIME JOBS UNLESS YOU NEED A QUICK BUCK PAY THE SAME DAY PAY.

Terrible place, they call when theres work but when you get there its full, and when you ask for the person who called you theyre out to lunch. and when you tell them to stop calling you they still keep calling. dont waste your time with them, all they do is waste yours. there are plenty of other temp agencies.

I worked hard for 3 months at one particular job and finally got hired on by the company. It was a struggle but if your reliable and determined you will find a permanent job.

Not the best place to work. The have jobs that pay like $8.25 or $9 an hr and you work 10 or 12 hrs. If you dnt like a job and leave, theres a possibility you wont be paid. Even if you worked a whole day. I wouldnt recommend anyone to work here.

I Called by phone they told me they had positions. Arrived in person and these low lifes told me rudly with an attitude they had nothing available and rudely told me they would not even give me an application without having two types of ids which I only had one and they did not tell me that over the phone. Which my other was at home. Ugly little bastards, these people are human turds, LoL ! !

If you need to work and get paid that day or the next, theyll put you to work.

May not be your dream job but if you are paasing through or need cash in pocket you can earn it
