SAVE YOUR MONEY! do NOT trust this location to fix your device. i took my iphone 11 in with a broken screen, nothing else wrong. i paid $170 for the repair, my phone was returned to me within 45 minutes, however my depth camera was damaged and i was unable to set up or use my face ID. when i contacted Emin about this issue i was told i would have to come in at another time and PAY for it to be fixed. when i asked why i would have to pay for something THEY broke, i was left on read and have not received a response since. extremely unprofessional and poor service at this location. i will never return and will urge all my friends and family to avoid this place at all costs.

Showed up at 10 am, which it opens at 9 am. No one was there. Talked to the Walmart manager and they said that they open whenever. So if your there, they may or may not be open on the times displayed.

Brought my phone in to have a cracked screen replaced. Took double the amount of time I was quoted. When the screen was being replaced, the technician broke the back cover of my phone. He had to order the part so a few days later I had to bring it back in to get that fixed. Then I realized the sound had been broken by the technician in the process of all this. He had to have another part ordered and I had to bring it back in for a third time to get the sound fixed. The sound still does not actually work. Wasnt fixed correctly.The technician is polite and was willingly to keep fixing the issues; however, he does not seem knowledgeable on all these issues with the phone.

Went because my charging port on my iPhone X was not working. I did try to clean it out and it was still not working. I went in and he did try to clean it out as well before anything but also noticed it was not dirty inside. Charged me $79 to fix/replace charging port. Overall I’m happy with the service and that I can now charge my phone without the wireless charger.

I went to this location this past Saturday to get my rear camera fixed on my s7. The guy did a great job! He ordered the part I needed, received the part in 2 days, and fixed my camera within an hour!
