I want to thank God for James. I hired one of James associates to represent me in my custody battle. She found a new job in Austin. I was without an attorney in the middle of a custody battle in which I would’ve surely lost. Although James could’ve easily wrote me off he stepped up and represented me.Not only did he represent me he represented every client that would’ve been without an attorney and surely would’ve lost their custody case. My previous order was by far one of the worst custody orders a man could ever have. I had zero rights to my kids. James Gillen helped Maria Tabora, take twin boys from their biological parents! Both of them ruined the parents life! They took the boys from them when they were only six months old! In the paperwork he had stated that the parents abandoned them and drowned them in child support! It ruined their credit! It ruined the twins lives. Neither of them show any remorse on anything! So yeah! If you want a lawyer to help you ruin someone’s live! He’s your guy!!

I got James as my attorney after my final agreement had been signed. James had to fight to get the final agreement changed because I would have been paying her bills for the rest of her life. Let me start by saying that William Ryan Bergmann has been nothing short of a blessing to my family and I. Definite ripoff! I went for a consultation (Thank God it was Free) asking for help on the Final Decree. All I wanted was for the lawyer to go to court with me and instead of waiting 6-8 months to finalize paper work. We can by pass that. Anywho, the lawyer said I needed to start all over to include him in all my paperwork and it was going to cost me 1,500 dollars! Are you nuts!! Person is a total ripoff! I went to Benke Law Office instead and they only charged me 1 hour of their time. $325.00.I had done all the work! All I was asking was a proofread and to go to court to finalize my paper work. I was in the court room for no more than 20 min! And this guy wanted $1500!! Crazy.
