Had a zipper replaced in slacks. Straight forward, reasonable and alterations were flawless. Item was completed in a timely manner.

The inner layer of my dress was the only thing that was hemmed and was actually hemmed too short. I paid $80 ahead of time for it to not be done correctly. As a result, I had to find shoes last minute rather than wear my boots as planned. There is no reason you should be able to see my feet WITHOUT my boots on. A huge disappointment and waste of money.

Great seamstress. Have taken many slacks, blouses, Etc. Good price range in what she works on. She and her husband own the shop and he does shoe repairs Etc. She gives you a time frame when items are ready. Always on time. Kudos to both of them.

I was a little skeptical coming into this place to trust them with my dress. The location is in a slow strip mall. But as soon as I walked in, I was immediately helped. Very professional & very reasonably priced for altering a whole wedding dress. It did require a months work & rightfully so. I had the taps replaced on my high heel shoes. They look great and seem to be holding up! The price was very reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful! They are conveniently located near where I live and work!! UPDATE: The taps on my shoes have slipped off to one side. Im afraid they will fall off soon. Also, since my initial review I have taken some clothes in for minor repairs. While she did a GOOD JOB, I feel that the prices were a bit high for the work performed.
