Do not use this company! I used this company for 6 weeks cleaning my business. The last week they were under contract things started disappearing. We lost a total of 8 Ipads and a purse. The police discovered the cleaner had pawned the purse but had not pawned the Ipads although we could clearly see on the surveillance video that he was carrying around a trash bag with a rectangle shaped object in the bottom of it and snooping in the area of the ipads where he had no business being. Due to the fact he did not pawn the Ipads, the police were not able to do anything other than issue a warrant for his arrest. Nova Clean will do NOTHING to compensate for the items stolen. I am out $3500 worth of equipment and this company has no intention of making things right.

The final cleaning of a new build home is a hard one and needs a lot if attention to detail and Nova Clean even came back the next day to leave everything perfect.
