First time visiting this establishment. Was not impressed. Bought over 30 minutes of wash, the soap was not visible coming out of the hose. The soap coming out of brush was minimal at best. Could not get wax to come out of hose. Spot free rinse, well Ill just say the car stayed spotted even after 3 passes. But at least the color foam worked.

I went through the automatic wash, and when I got to my destination, there were thick lines of some kind of soap all over my car. I paid $10 for the deluxe wash here, and then ended up having to pay another $15 at a different car wash to get all the gunk off. I do not recommend the automatic wash. Perhaps the manual ones are good, but definitely dont subject your vehicle to the automatic.

Good prices for the time. They accept credit cards. The water just smells a bit.

Never again. Maybe other people have good experiences with this car wash. I did not. I liked that you can pay with a credit card. They charge by the minute which is a good idea EXCEPT that the clock was running while I waited. Each time you switch to another function on the wash, it takes about a minute (sometimes more) to get that function. Switching from tire cleaner to soap had me waiting over a minute to get soap. When I switched to rinse it poured out stinky gray water for a long time before finally running clean. The spot free rinse didnt come out at all. But the clock was still ticking. I will not go back to this car wash. $10 did get the job mostly done, but it would have cost less if the equipment worked better.

I really like this coin operated car wash!The machines takes quarters, $1/$5 bills and credit cards - how convenient is that!The water pressure is good and the soap was great on the scrub brush. I was able to wash my Cadi for $4.75

Ive gone twice in about 3 weeks and they are out of spot free rinse. So both times with about 3 minutes left on the clock I just had to let it run out since the spot free rinse didnt come out. I called the number on the maintenance door for malfunction issues but my call was never returned.

The convenience of being able to use a credit card and it tracks your time was great and a big plus. Ive used this place many times. Majority of time Id give it about a four-star. But today the sprayers were not spraying evenly and there was a very obvious lack of soap coming out of the sprayer. Also Ive noticed after my car dried it has hard water stain.

Okay car wash. $10 for 20 minutes. Probably needs some upgrades. But it’s not in dire need for it.

I really like this car wash location. It is decently priced and it takes credit cards. Just to give you an example, I took my time (about 12 minutes) and I was able to soap rinse, use the foam brush, rinse, and then use the spot free rinse all at my own pace and it costed $4.75. Not too bad...in my opinion.

I was only there to do a quick high pressure wash to take off the butterfly splats. Swiped my card... proceeded with the wash for 2 min. When I was done I stopped the machine. And it said 2$ charged to card..cool...got in my car only to find out they took out 10$ from my card. No its not alot to complain about but its not right. There is no sign saying that 10$ will be charged nor does it say it will be refunded. Never use your card here.

I thought it was pretty good and liked that it was very soapy water and washed very well. I like being able to use the debit credit card especially when I dont carry cash.

Low pressure guns, vacuums need more pick up power

Vacuum took my 4 quarters so I asked the guy here for help, he immediately MORE than compensated me for my dollar which is outstanding customer service and goes a long way. Thank you!

Likes:- Accepts cash and cards to pay rather than just quarters-7 or 8 wash bays so there wasnt a waitDislikes:- I can piss harder than the hose pressure-didnt display cost. If I knew I was paying 50 cents/ minute I wouldve left.- says bill machine accepts 5s... fake news, no extra money I could use so I took my truck elsewhere to finish where $4 got me $20min.

No customer care number to call. Nobody around to help. Car wash had no soap. High pressure doesn’t even take any dirt off, just dust that you can do with a water hose at home. This place has taken my money several times without car wash turning on. Never coming back to this dump !!! If I could give it a zero, I would !!!

This is the best car wash I have ever been to!Also the Cleanest carwash I have ever been too!And i have been to many.There is a gentleman there that is so helpful! I believe his name is David.But he gave me a free pre wash before I went into the automatic car wash and he also made sure I left 100 percent happy!I recommend this car to everyone you leave happy and your car is VERY Clean!! I am definitely a repeat customer!

I liked going here because its close and the dryer blows for a minute, so you can get your car pretty dry. When I went yesterday I paid $13 for the best wash, and all the machine did was spray high pressure water on my car for 10 minutes; no soap. I dont know if some of the nozzles were frozen due to the cold temperatures yesterday, but definitely will be finding another wash next time. This is the second time Ive had significant issues with the machine wash.

Will I did write a review on the 25 of April regarding ten dollars deducted from my account, but did get reimburse 2-3 days later and Scooters charge only $3 for a rinse. I went one morning & spoke to David the Manager of Scooters and he was very understanding regarding the situation. He explain regarding the money problems with cash bills so now the machine only accepts credit card. Scooters does deduct ten dollars right off hand and reimburse after transaction is approved for whatever amount on the car washing minutes or what ever service you got.. So there, I will make this review good, since Scooters did reimburse me my monies after all. Thank you, David! He is there from 9am- 6pm

Spent about $10 to wash my vehicle on a Sunday around 9:30pm, didnt realize one of the hoses was not connected and was not able to use the brush, (no soap) Left with my SUV still dirty since just water did not do the job. Very upsetting because theres no number to call for a complaint or any type of service. This place has no website or phone number to contact who ever is in charge. I have pictures and will be stopping by to report this issue! Poor service, will be my last time at this place!

Stopped the wash checked my card and got charged 10 bucks for low pressure water down. This place is trash. If the owner of this wash reads this. Two times I used the automatic car wash and both times the system malfunctioned and stopped after the pre-soak. There was no on available to fix the issue or give me refund.

When I got there today there was 45min and counting already on the timer. So I got a free car wash!! Thanks to whoever put that much money in the machine for a wash!!!

This is the worst car wash Ive been to. I usually go to Crystal Clean on Marbach and get an excellent wash for my money but they were too busy so I decided to give this place a chance. Big mistake. I spent $7 on their crappy credit card transaction service and I still had to go home and wash my car by hand to finish the job. Soap barely comes out of the foam brush, the pre-soak barely works, and the high pressure rinse leaves much to be desired. Ive only been here a few times and every time I come here I feel ripped off. It feels like the owner of this establishment is greedy or maybe he/she is just incompetent.

Good car wash for a quick clean

This place gets No Stars Im very very pist off. We stopped by to rinse mud off our car, we didnt have change only credit card so there we go and using our card. Rinsed the car for like minute then it said we were being charge 3.00 I was like dam!!! Never again, until I look at our Bank transaction and it said $10.00 I go back to the car wash right away looking for a number it only had a door sayin 210. I check Google and nothing until I see these reviews stupid ass owners making extra money off hard working people ima go tommrow find someone and get my money back, and Ill make sure the news finds out about this place STEALING MONEY!!!!!

There is no customer service number. I went in for a vacuum ($1), accidentally chose the carpet cleaner & vacuum option first ($2) but still spent the extra dollar after the carpet cleaner. I was charged $10. Im not good with math but I know 1 + 2 does not equal 10.

Vacuums dont work properly, its small, products here are expensive, the pressure when washing your car isnt strong enough. Save your time & money & go to ove rhay actually works.

Seems like its getting worse every time I go if its not the vacuum not working its the pressure of the water coming out...soap brush not working... recently was the sink where your able to rinse your rag off the whole sink was departed...bleh now Im left with Id rather just wash my car at home

I inserted 10 dollars in the machine just to find out the high pressure soap is not working it was throwing pure water. I won’t be coming back but when it’s actually working it does a decent job as far as pressure goes. I don’t recommend this location.

I recommend the closure of this car drive through because my car went through and came out as dirty as it went through.

I just got jipped $7 to put $20 in the change machine and I only got $13 in quarters back then when you try to contact anybody you look at the office all it says call 210 and the rest of the numbers been removed I would not recommend anybody come here unless you want to get jipped out of money!!!

Swiped my credit card for the automatic wash. All the machine did was dump soap on the car and quit. There are no employees on site and all contact information has been removed. Talk about shady business practices

Charged me $3.00 for less than 2 min of washing. It doesn’t indicate any minimum charge for credit. Just says 1.00 to start. Spray soap did not work.
