$8 for a poor car wash. Went inside to complain and asked for a complimentary wash and the clerk said no. Poor customer service at this location.

Went to use restroom. No toilet paper. Looked wet on floor by toilet, like some guy missed the bowl. Young girl and guy behind counter nevet spoke to me as I entered or exited. Guy looked at me but never stopped chatting with young girl. Poor restroom sanitation. Poor customer relations. Wont be back. First impression mean a lot. Will tell all to choose another station. Plently of convenience stores. on Nacogdoches. Its not 7-11, its the employee attitude and integrity at this damn station. Sad, because its new. Set the employees ass on fire so the acknowledge customers. If they have time to lean, then they have time to clean restroom. We also dont wipe butt with our hands. Stock the dang restroom. Screen thoroughly before you hire and chek up on them daily. Next sjift must report if previous shift didnt do task. When raise time comes, some get good raise because they are on the ball. Others get maybeba nickle an hour raise ane told if they arent up to oar in a week, uou are let go. This was at about 11pm 11-10-2017.

Okay I wasnt actually at the carwash I was getting air from their little air pumping station it was a dollar fifty to get stupid air and it only lasted long enough for me to put air in one tire absolutely ridiculous
