They are incredible! They really listen to your wants and needs and give you the freedom to choose what properties you want to see. They are conscious of your budget and dont even mention properties out of your price range. They have great connections in the industry as well. Everyone we worked with through the process from our mortgage lender to our inspector came on their recommendation. I cant say enough positive things about these wonderful company. Not only are they hard workers, but their kindness and friendship is something that made this experience wonderful for us. As first time home buyers, we were uneasy going into this process but they helped us every step of the way. I truly believe we would not have found our dream home if it werent for them!

This company rewards on-time payments with negative credit reporting. When you contact them, they tell you they cant do anything, you need to file a dispute with the credit bureaus, which will then take at least a month to resolve. Own up to your mistakes, SWBC.

This office is very professional and helpful. John Cortissoz goes above and beyond as our mortgage banker. His right hand person is Lynette and and she is invaluably helpful AND friendly.

Customer service is ridiculous. Not helpful at all, there goto answer, just wait and see what happens. How can they do an escrow evaluation without having all or incorrect information, but then again i have to eat their inconsiderate analysis.

Very poor customer service. I had to call 8 times to request a form. I was transferred to 3-4 different people each time. They did not email be as they said they would. No one there seemed helpful at all.
