I’m seeing now I should have ran from this company. I paid a hefty fee for help that wasn’t received and instead there was no settlement just more debt I can’t afford. They will NOT call me back. Just text and emails. I need to speak to someone. I am not being heard. I was told when signing up they can negotiate a settlement for pennies on the dollar. Nothing has changed. I’m furious! Going to have to find someone else to help.

Creative Business Solutions has prepared my taxes for my three LLCs for three years now. The quality of service I receive is excellent. I highly recommend them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I highly recommend NOT doing business with these people. Lots of promises but no follow through. Bad communication and bad service. They are crooks.

Very disappointed that they will not refund me my money that we prepaid for services that they will not be doing. They had us as customers contact an attorney to tell us why we wouldnt be getting our money back. He stated nowhere on the contract that is over 3yrs old does it state we would be refunded!!! Nowhere on the contract does it state WE WOULDNT!!!!!
